After reading some of these reviews I can see a lot of ppl making the reviews haven't even been to this location. I go all the time because it's very close to my home. They don't serve tea at this location for it to be refilled in the first place. Everytime I go in the guy with his dad are always awesome. They treat every customer with respect even when the customer calls them derogatory names. The food is the food it's subway standard everywhere. If it wasn't for the red head guy I wouldn't even go anymore.

stale salads, they don't have the condiments they offer, grumpy staff, they don't refill the teas, there were no meatballs for snacks, I don't recommend this place.

The food is just what you would expect from a Subway. The ingredients were fresh and the food tasted good. The reason I gave a poor review is the service. I walked inside and I didn’t see anyone, but I could hear them in the back so I said hello multiple times. I’m sure she heard me but also heard the doorbell ring when I entered. She also heard me saying hello, but did not respond. When the lady walked to the front to service me not only did she not greet me or say hello but she also had a clear attitude. I could tell because it was written all over her face as if I was aggravating her and she was trying to close the restaurant. There was no need to be rude because the restaurant was still open, I was just trying to order something to eat. I will not return to this location due to service.

Never has app orders ready. U order on the app, the app says it's ready and u walk in and they just pull the ticket and start making your order. It took an hour from the time I ordered it on the app to when it was actually ready. I would have saved time just walking in and ordering my food. Just get rid of the app if your stores can't handle it. Store wasn't busy at all. Lol back to Jersey Mike's or firehouse for me
I asked several times for my bread to be SEPERATED.... meaning NOT connected, you know... Like as if your making a sandwich. The young lady tells me "that's gonna make it hard for me to close it"Ohhh myyy gooodness!!No where else have I ever gone, even other Subways, where I have this problem. She literally refused to seperate my bread.It's so simple. On the bottom half of the sub bread goes - - - Mayol, Lettuce, tomatoes, you meats/cheese... Then you place the top half of the sub bread ON TOP!!!Why couldn't she just do that. I said to her several times. She totally ignored my request, because she did not want to do something "difficult"!!She was just DISENGAGED, AND totally NON-ACCOMMODATING!!ZERO customer service skills!!!!!!!This is why you have to be diligent about WHO you hire to place in FRONT of customers.She'd be yesterday's news if that was my Subway franchise.

Honestly I can’t believe this place is still open for business . At 10:30 the guy didn’t have my order after I placed it online and I didn’t even get a refund. Basically just stole from me.

It's the worst subway I have ever been to. I never leave negative reviews. I just dont return to those businesses. I know it's subway, and I should not be expecting the best meal of my life. However, the person behind the counter said I could not order a Buffalo chicken sub because she did not know how to do it, which is ridiculous. I tried to walk her through how to heat up chicken without toasting it she looked so confused as how to do it. After about 5 minutes of complete confusion and her telling me I can only get it cold chicken because she has to toast it. I tried to order a different sub totally, and she tried to use the same bread that had cold chicken and Buffalo sauce on it. The best advice I could give you would be to drive a mile down the road to Publix.

Good evening. It’s says that they close at 11pm on the Google maps and on the Official Subway app. It’s 9:54pm and the doors are closed and nothing on the line from what I’m seeing from outside. How can this be possible? Any RDO, GM or AM or the person in charge to see this can respond to me anytime! If you handle a business like this you don’t go to far. Even me and other persons knock on the door and the female employee ignored us!!

I've been here three times. It's a place near to where I live and I love Subway subs, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I came here it took a whole historical eternity to make the subs. I swear. Wait 40 minutes because two people were in front of me in line, is insane. I gave them a shot because, as I said, I love the subs and it could've been two bad days. But, today I've had it. Third time. 40 minutes in line and the guy making the subs was chatting with the clients that were ordering and chilling. 40 freaking minutes. Please, I hope this review helps to solve something, even though I hardly believe it's going to happen.

Store does not care about hours posted online. They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. Multiple times trying to go where it says it is open online only to be met with a handwritten sign that says closed and be gestured away by employees. Don't waste your time.
