Alright be careful about coming here, I have had a few strange encounters with the employees behind the counter, maybe they have a hearing or brain problem, but I have asked for double meat several times, and I get a look like I am from Mars. Like they cannot understand english.

Subwzy is one of the few places where you can get a healthy salad in less than 5 minutes. They have the chopped salad option. Pick your protein (I chose plain chicken) all the veggies including jalapeños and chioce of dressing. I chose oil and vinegar. They chop it up and it all fits in the container. Today the service was fast.Masks are required to walk in. Standing tables not available but sitting tables are. There is a sign at the door. Markers and signed for social distancing and nice music if you want to eat in. Ample parking.

I tried to order on-line but system couldn't coordinate with my card for some reason-maybe my bank because I don't do that much. But when I tried to phone order the staff said they don't take orders by phone. So during this unusual time at risk people can't order from distance? Very uncooperative with my issues. So I drove to another place and received fine service. Disappointed my family who wanted Subs. This was at Hiawassee Subway.

I'm sure almost everyone's been to a Subway. This one is a pretty good one I think. I've been to other Subways who completely ignore customers, don't make enough bread, barely fill a sandwich, are dirty, or just have overall bad service. This one I've never had any problems with. I've been here when they were busy, and I've been here when they are dead and only with one employee. The service here is good, they welcome people as they come in and if they're busy, they ensure someone will get to them soon. Chris is a great employee! Most Subway employees I've met just can't wait to get you out of their store. But my husband and I made conversation and he was very nice to us. Sandwiches were good and not too filled or under filled. Would definitely come back to this Subway!

I ordered pick up at a subway and when I showed up 20 min later it wasn’t ready. I showed her I was at the right store and it was charged to a bank account. She told me to call corporate for a refund instead of making my food...an argument ensued and mid argument she assumed I was thinking she was a “stereotypical black person” when the only thing I said was “ why won’t you make my food?”. Did raise my voice, I will be honest HOWEVER in the 25 years I have lived I have NEVER had an argument with an employee at a food place of any kind. Hire people that know manners!!
I eat lunch here at least once a week my office is right next door. It’s always clean and the food is fresh. If u come during the lunch rush it can be busy but they work diligently. Staff is friendly.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Only one person in the store (me), and the guy behind the counter couldn’t manage to get anything right. I had to ask him for napkins and forks for my takeaway (2 salads) and he never put the two chocolate chip cookies I paid for in the bag. It wasn’t worth the gas to go back and get them. Pass on this location
