We came in 10 min after my order was suppose to be ready. My husband walked in and the gentlemen let him know that he got very busy and was going to complete the order as soon as he is done with the physical customers in store. I appreciate the communication and the customer service this kid has. It's not his fault he is overloaded with workload, its management! He has no support!

I came in to get a sub for dinner and met Sean who was on his first night alone. He was personable, had a smile on his face and was overall very pleasant. He was a bit nervous but completed my order in a timely manner. The sub was great but Sean was awesome.....he is going to be a rockstar sooner than later. Thanks Sean! Doug

This is the slowest rudest most uncooperative subway that is around. Online orders cancel and then never get refunded and they refuse to honor any online deals you used when you initially placed the order even though it's their system they can't get right.

I ordered two foot long sandwiches online and bring them to a park. When I opened them, the bread was completely stale. It was so hard no one could bite in. It is at least two days old. Now I doubt that they didn’t know that when they made them. Called three times nobody answered.

Came in with my wife this morning we were treated so bad rude staff a manager and the employee so if you would like to get treated bad and have a bad day you probably need to go there
5 stars to cancel out the fascist lady leaving a bad review for someone not wearing a mask. She should stay at home and order delivery instead of harassing restaurant workers.

Subway location was very phenomenal. The food upon creation had fresh ingredients and employees were extremely helpful and nice to present specials and options. The exterior & interior was very clean. The manager & employee greeted all guests, including myself and they were super nice. Worst service from a Subway yet! I was expected to wait while a phone conversation was ended at their convenience. Then in a poor attitude, I was informed they were out of Tuna.If you don’t want to work, go home.International Dr location had Tuna and a much better attitude towards their customers.

Not that I hold subway to a high regard but that don’t even meet the lowest of standards. They have a booth that seems to have taken residency by a homeless group. The staff is rude for the exception of one individual. They made my sandwich but the white paper was adhered to my bread and was told it was because the type of bread I chose(Italian herb and cheese) I choose this bread every time and never had this issue. All in all I would strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs.
