This is the slowest rudest most uncooperative subway that is around. Online orders cancel and then never get refunded and they refuse to honor any online deals you used when you initially placed the order even though it's their system they can't get right.

I ordered two foot long sandwiches online and bring them to a park. When I opened them, the bread was completely stale. It was so hard no one could bite in. It is at least two days old. Now I doubt that they didn’t know that when they made them. Called three times nobody answered.

Placed an online order to pick up a quick dinner before heading home. When I arrived to pick up my order was not ready and the assistant manager and all workers were not aware of my order. It also didn't show in their computer system yet I had an order number ready. Majorly inconvenient but I figured I will just reorder in person while at the store but they had no bread.... None... how? It's subway, they make subs... with bread. Very unorganized. Come to find out they cancelled my order somehow.. no one knows how.. I imagine because they were out of bread but yet they never received my order. Just a waste of time. And the poor assistant manager while nice, was clueless about my order, how to handle a return and why they had no bread. Never again.

Subway location was very phenomenal. The food upon creation had fresh ingredients and employees were extremely helpful and nice to present specials and options. The exterior & interior was very clean. The manager & employee greeted all guests, including myself and they were super nice. Keep being awesome and look forward to visiting again.PRO: Super clean, awesome service, fresh rotation of stock/ingredients, super nice employees ready to go above and beyond, etc.CON: None upon this present visit...

I go once in a while when I am in the mood for a hot 6 inch meatball sub... As long as it it's hot... I'm good to go.
Worst service from a Subway yet! I was expected to wait while a phone conversation was ended at their convenience. Then in a poor attitude, I was informed they were out of Tuna.If you don’t want to work, go home.International Dr location had Tuna and a much better attitude towards their customers.

Not that I hold subway to a high regard but that don’t even meet the lowest of standards. They have a booth that seems to have taken residency by a homeless group. The staff is rude for the exception of one individual. They made my sandwich but the white paper was adhered to my bread and was told it was because the type of bread I chose(Italian herb and cheese) I choose this bread every time and never had this issue. All in all I would strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs.

I been over there today. Omg,!!! this tall guy the young man is counting the leaves of spinach to put in my sandwich,, I ask for Black Olives, Hes counting 3/4, the onions, poor, poor...all vegies -Omg!!! , Seriously??? All Subways are very génerous with tops, Im not come back this place any more!!!
