I didn't know this Subway was here on Turkey Lake (west side of Universal). I pass by frequently but it's hidden by the Shell station signage. I am glad that I found it. Employees we're helpful (suggested the sale sub) and efficient (kept line moving) and nice. I enjoyed the chicken and would get it again. Thanks for the suggestion.

extremely slow service. we waited 10 minutes before getting to order and there was only one person in front of us. they gave us half the meat you normally get in a sandwich and almost gave us the wrong meat on one of them + didn't realize they messed up until we told them they did.

I just entered the door and I was going wash my hand before eating the guy who works in the restaurant stop me and said restroom are for customers only that was so rude!

Look well clean and feel great. The only thing this spot would make this a 5 star is bit of music to enjoy my breakfast, lunch, and dinner too.

Rachel was amazing, and my sub was the best I've ever had. Would gladly eat here again
