Worker was incredibly rude unprovoked and was also incredibly slow to make a sandwich in which there was no one else in the store took almost 20 minutes.

I came on 09/20/25 around 4:30pm , there was a lady working , I wanted to get a sub she was already rude because I didn't know they exact name of the Italian bread I wanted , when she started making the subs she literally just throw the meat everywhere on the sub it was so sloppy I told her I wanted mayo on both sides before she even put the meat and she sprayed the mayo in a straight line on my bread , I also had to ask her if there was any new lettuce because the lettuce was almost purple , once we got to the other topping I realize then onions were bad too , they weren't even white and purple it's was all purple and dried out I asked why is everything so bad she said she doesn't know , I went ahead and told her never mind she was so sloppy and rude I should've got a sub from publix instead NEVER RETURNING AGAIN !

I arrived at Subway at 10:55 pm and the girl didn't want to sell me food, not even to take it away. She should have served me and prepared my bread to go. I won't visit Subway again and I don't recommend it. Subway located at 4618 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811

I placed an order on the subway app. It was at this location and realised it was the wrong place. It was on 3/20/2025 at 6:20 PM. I called this subway asking them to cancel my order right away. A female employee answered. They confirmed my name and said that I have to do it in the app and that my money would be returned to me. There was no option in the app to do so. I called subway corporate and no one called. When I called the subway no one answered and I called over 5 times. I have no way of getting my money back.

For the love of God, get this woman some help. Every time I come to this location there's only one employee trying her hardest to service 6 people at a time. She deserves a raise, a team and a promotion. The one star is not because of her, it's for her. Get more employees at this location. Management here is ridiculous.

Wow, just wow. I was blown away by Tony’s customer service. I wish more subways had employees like him. He handled the whole line alone and kept a positive attitude throughout. This is the first time I felt the need to leave a review at a restaurant because his service was a 10 out of 10.
