Actually horrific experience, came in with 2 family members (we are tourists), one staff member girl. SUPER RUDE, spoke to us like we were wasting her time while we were the only ones in the place. Basically yelled at us for being a bit confused, attacking us like we’re stupid. Food looked old and stale as if she left it overnight, bread was super stale and hard to eat, no ketchup, no eggs, no cookies, no churros. When someone else entered in the middle of our order she ignored us and spoke to him instead, they knew each other by the way they were talking to each other.

Extremely rude and unpleasant visit, never returning. We should have just gone to the Waffle House instead

Such a rude staff. His name is Axe l ( not sure couldn't read his name tag properly) he doesn't say hi he doesn't have manners. I can't believe the customer service he provides. How can he work here ?
He is super rude. I will not come back here.

I placed an order online (ORDER #27E64BA1-BA), and got charged for it. A few minutes later, I received a message saying that my order was canceled/voided.
No one from the restaurant called me to see if I was okay with getting a different kind of bread instead of canceling my order.
What's the use of asking me for my contact information if you're not gonna use it to contact me?
I used to eat at your restaurant 3 times a week, but after this unprofessional manner of conducting business, I will never go back to your store, and I will tell my friends to do the same.
You can't teach common sense.

Manager should be fired, what a horrible little man.
Made us wait 10 minutes before finally acknowledging us.

Ordered the salad which was such a small bowl only half filled. I actually asked for more
Lettuce he tutted before adding two (yes two) strands of lettuce on top.
2 other subs were ok, we didn’t get our cups so went back for them. This is where we was looking at our table searching for cups that he’d thought he gave us. Making you feel like you’ve done something wrong.

Asked about the chip prices because we were already ordering a sub and drink. My daughter who works for Subway back in the UK says they should be free or subsidised. He said ‘no!’ I asked about the price of them he shrugged his shoulders and said don’t know 70/80c or something.
So unprofessional!
To top it all off there were bugs on the cookies.
This guy was a manger too - shameful

If there is a 0 star I would like to give 0.when I was waiting the server had a online order and she said (Elsie) 'you will wait.' I understand because she work by herself. But I asked her "how long it's gonna take?". she said I don't know that's too much. " And she was like doesn't wanna work. Also she did not pay attention to cleaning. She was wearing a glove and went to the lock door with same gloves and continue to prep order with same gloves.
