It’s taken me 3 weeks to write this review sorry! CARMEN!! You are one of the stands out of Orlando you had great customer service. You ‘hooked me up’ with a great sandwich thanks for recommending the topping that you did. You also inspired me to stop taking ketchup on my subways now and I have to say my steak , chicken and lettuce is much better. Thank you for letting me sample other toppings also you were great , hopefully I will see you soon on another visit to subway Orlando!!! Thank you , you are amazing!! -Jaden

The “woman” behind the counter with a beard named “monney” was the most unwelcoming worker I’ve actually every dealt with. Being someone who works in customer service the way she responds to simple questions with a smart mouth tone was disgusting. Her attitude not being the only disgusting thing, there’s NO HAIR NET around her long hair and chin beard. And when I asked “Do you have any cucumbers that haven’t gone soft?” She goes “you mean wet? Those are wet.” Rolls her eyes, which seems to be on character for her and comes back to say “we have no others” like be so fr😂 let’s act like your not bullshitting for a sec.. so I continue to say “im okay then I only get that so I won’t take it but thank you” another eye roll😂(girl if u hate ur job, quit) the PUTS THE MEAT AND BREAD BACK…the same place she grabbed it from IN FRONT OF THE ORHER CUSTOMERS. Glad I didn’t eat cause im sure my bread was someone else’s first with a sprinkle of beard in it.

Went yesterday to get a Tuna Sub, the lady that made it, miss Carmen, did an excellent job, just the way I wanted and was so nice. She was there all by herself taking lots of orders. People like her should be promoted.

CARMEN!!! Carmen was incredible!!! She had great energy from start to finish and was so helpful in getting our subs just how we wanted them. Her associate wasn't as helpful when he stepped in, but the experience with Carmen made up for it. Carmen, if you see this, thanks so much!!! Karaoke soon🎤🎶😄
