I went to this Subways on the day of Hurricane Milton. There were about 35 people in line. There ware 3 workers that were working as fast as they can. They were all polite and positive in this unexpected situation. No other food establishments were open. My wait was 40 Minutes and I appreciate that they were open so it was worth the wait. Once I made it to the the order counter, the worker was friendly and made my 4 sandwiches quickly. This is an awesome Subway's and I appreciate the employees, I would give them a Bonus, My $10 tip was not enough to show the great job they did.

I had an incredible experience here, Matt was ALONE, with 5 customers, I ordered with the app and he kindly asked me if I could wait, which I agreed. He really did everything to serve those customers and at the end he gifted a drink for the waiting time, additional to this the sub was awesome!
I hope his manager really appreciates him!!

Apparently they close at 10:45 not 11. So if you were hoping to catch them before close don't waste your time. The small Hispanic lady was rude af through the window about being closed.

They prioritize online orders over customers in restaurant. Standing in front of the counter no acknowledgment, waiting 15 min already. Line building and not on of the two people working care. People starting to leave. Done with Subway!

Totally inappropriate behavior!! Rude with no manners, even though the place was with 2 tables only. I should’ve known since the place is empty that because of the unprofessional staff. I would give “0” to the service and the staff. We walked in on Wednesday 5/22 around 9pm, and we got with no welcoming smile no greeting words! Money (black Americans) was behind the counter, I asked her about the tuna looked so runny, and she gave me a bad look and said “tune is tune!! With a harsh attitude!! My sandwich was very simple: tuna, spinach and banana peppers, nothing else, however I asked her to warm/toast it little bit, she acted aggressively and thrown it in toaster not even 3 seconds and took it out throw it again on the counter. My cousin and I were very surprised by the way she was acting. Money had and earpiece plugged into her ears, was already on a phone call and she wasn’t listening or paying attention to us, especially when my cousin asked about what bread she has. She ignored her and didn’t answer., then I repeated the question, but then she became so bad, and I asked her if she is ok, was she having a long/bad day? Then she stated that she was there the whole day and complained about us giving her a hard time just by wondering what kind of bread available and the tuna!! I’m paying for the food and want to make sure not ending sick!! She took her gloves off and thrown them on the counter and went to the guy and told him I don’t want to serve them!!
Never again going there or taking my family, and would suggest to change the team you’re having in there,. There are many people who would appreciate the job opportunity, and would love to serve with dignity and respect. Money definitely is not one of them!! Subway was a hit once but this kind of category of people with no customer service, you’re losing it!!

Absolute rude and unprofessional staff. The lady was extremely rude to our group & she didn’t care to welcome us and asked us to not touch anything. It felt like we bothered her by coming in to get some food at her place.

Woman work at this subway about 12 PM on March 5. She was rude she doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. I would tell owner or management you guys need to fire her immediately if you don’t wanna lose your Business and you can see more customers reviews about rude staff at this place

You guys don’t deserve 3.7 star cuz the worker you have so rude n no manners. After little argument she left the register went inside. Don’t know the name. I think that’s why you have very low star ratings.

Monica was great! She provided excellent service and was extremely kind.

Terrible location. This is my second sub that I've purchased through the app that has ingredients missing. I work nearby and I had to leave work to go discuss why ingredients are missing. The employee was so rude and had zero customer service. Told me she put the ingredients and that I was blind and missed it. I didn't take the sub back with me, I also did not need a refund and I tipped through the app. All I wanted was my ingredients in my sandwich. Lazy and subpar emoyee. Don't know her name and I don't care. I will not be ordering from this subway ever again.
