Bad service Lady was very rude, she didn't let me use the Bath later I was going to order and she said I had to make a mobile order when there was no one waiting for the mobile orders and I had to leave because she didn't want to serve me with my Children who were very hungry

I asked for the chicken protein bowl, lettuce filled 1/4 of the bowl AND was browning, I only add onions cucumber and jalapeños, so it was hardly a salad, especially after paying over $10. It was Also over dressed since there wasn’t much lettuce to cover. Looking at the fact that the lettuce was browning, I’d be real reluctant to eat the lunch meat. I love subway but this particular location was quite lacking as far as freshness.

If you get this woman, prepare for the worst time of your life. She works the night shift and flipped out on me for literally no reason whatsoever. She recorded me and threatened to call the cops multiple times, and then followed me outside and took a picture of my license plate. I reported her to the manager and hopefully she gets fired

The food was great, my sub was full of veggies, not flat and soggy, which left me feeling full and happy. Service was outstanding, there was no attitude or distasteful energies and employees were understanding, kind, and full of laughter and smiles. I don't love the location, but am pleased that this store practices safety protocols to ensure safety routines in the store.

The staff here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST. IF YOU ARE NOT BLACK YOU DONT GET RESPECTED HERE. I am never coming to this subway ever in my life these people have 0 values. They didn’t follow the order instructions either. I hope the corporate or franchise pay attention to this store.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN AMERICA BY FAR! I was traveling for work with my wife and newborn and we stopped in Orlando for lunch. I got out and started changing the baby’s diaper in the car while my wife went in to the bathroom before I went in to order. The lady in there looked like she was Jamaican with black hair, when my wife walked in there were no customers. My wife walked to the restroom which was locked and the lady said she’ll need a key. My wife asked for it and she said it’s for customers only. My wife explained I was tending to our newborn while she who is recovering from a csection was going to use the bathroom before she would then take care of the baby and I would come order. The lady said no still. My wife then pleaded since we had not stopped for nearly 3 hours at least. The lady said only customers could use the bathroom even tho we were customers. Extremely uncomfortable and sad my wife came back and we had to load the baby up and leave. It took a few more minutes and then we went around the corner to a Chick-fil-A where we received excellent service and food and were allowed to use the bathroom for FREE? I am not one to leave good or bad reviews but this lady clearly was either racist against us or hated humans. Not really sure what it was but she definitely needs to be fired if they ever want any customers

Would give zero if I could, went in there and asked if I could use the bathroom and they said no only customers can, I explained that my husband is changing the babies diaper in the car and he will be ordering food for both of us but one of us have to stay with the baby so I need to use the restroom real quick. She still said no and I asked again and she said no. Insanely rude service. No wonder there was nobody in there.

A small lady with red hair there was very rude. Refused to even ring me for me making a special request. The vegetables look mushy and old. I’m not returning here omg. At least the other employee had some manners, nice guy that is probably losing tips because of his coworker.

Went for lunch today (my co-worker and i were only people in the store)and ordered a wrap, got a work call, answered and hung up in under a min and when I turned back the worker had already started loading the wrap up, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and the meat. I asked them to remove the onions and tomatoes and add pickles and few other items. Removing the tomatoes and onions seemed like and exhausting task for the employee and was told they don't make substitutes ? Won't be returning here.
