Just went to subway here by sandlake and obt ... Going to order... Id asked for fresh ham to start my order.. he wants to say that there's nothing til they prep in the morning... Nah.. I use to work there ... This new guy that works there knows he just put all the food away and making excuses so he doesn't have to service me... Lmao... It's so sad on how their service sucks big time . Seriously .. I'm wondering how they still keep this subway still open and operating....... Id walked out while the new Spanish guy joma keeps talking to the air.. 1000% I rate their service.... .. very bad... 💯💯💯

Food was fine but the guy who made mine and my husbands sandwich had an unnecessary attitude. He had a blue name tag in his hat that looked like it said “Yassir” and he spoke rudely to my husband because when we first came in, I went to the bathroom and my husband told him he was waiting. When I got back the guy made a comment about how he could have already made my husband’s sandwich when I was in the bathroom. My husband and I wanted to order and eat at the same time. I don’t understand why that’s a difficult concept for him to understand.

Since Dominique became the new manager at our local Subway, the difference has been absolutely remarkable. She has truly turned this store around and it shows in every detail. The restaurant looks cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming than ever before. The staff seem more motivated and professional, and the entire atmosphere feels positive and well-organized.
Dominique’s leadership has clearly brought structure, energy, and pride back into this location. She pays attention to both the quality of the food and the overall customer experience, which makes every visit enjoyable.
