Yes I entered the subway and they only had one employee working had to wait a long time just to tell them my order . What's up with just one employee.Plus they had a machine to make tea but I was told by the only employee that they did not make tea at that location. Getting pretty much tired of this all the subways should make tea. I don't like the drinks they have but enjoy my tea. I think the main reason is they are completely lazy don't know if I will go back into this subway.

Horrible quality.
When I ordered a Spicy Italian on white bread the woman started telling me that they did not have spicy bread. (For reference I do not have any sort of accent and I tend to enunciate pretty well.) I was confused at first and had to repeat myself a couple of times and point up at the menu board before it clicked for her. Other than that she was friendly. When I got home my bread was very hard and obviously not fresh. So much so that she would have noticed when she was making the sandwich. I attempted to call the location 4 times to see if I could get a replacement, but each time it just continued to ring until the call ended itself. How do you expect stores to address issues if we are unable to reach them? Either Subway doesn't care about their customers concerns or just this location.

put my order in 3 hours prior, got there 5 mins late, they haven’t even started my order. i only had 10 mins to pick up my lunch and then head back to work so i couldn’t wait. stood there for 10 mins which put them at 15 mins behind. told them to cancel my order. she said it would be another few mins for her to do that. not acceptable. i’m disputing with my bank.

The service here is always so slow and takes forever. I love subway but this location needs someone to step in. Also the employees don’t know the sandwiches they have to look at the menu to prep sandwiches.

These people need to get fired not going to lie. Two old ladies just yelling at customers and being rude about the lunch rush. Definitely should talk to these people and make sure they know how to provide good customer service

I use to have lunch here at least once a week, and the sandwiches are delicious. The service is very good as well

I visited this location last Thursday, excited to try the Meal of the Day special. However, the staff member told me the offer was not valid, even though it was clearly displayed on the screen. When I pointed it out and read it aloud, she responded dismissively, saying, “Other people see that too, but it is not what you think. If you want chips and a drink, you have to add $3.”
I ended up purchasing a sandwich I would not have chosen had I known the promotion was not being honored. The experience felt misleading. To confirm, I visited another Subway today and was able to redeem the Meal of the Day offer without issue. This seems to be a problem specific to this location.

The service was not good. I’m a person that always ask for more olives in the sandwich. They puted 3 olives and I kindly asked for more, then they puted 3 more saying that they were running out of olives. The ladie was very rude at the beginning so I preferred just give up of complaining. So, for me the service in this store with those 2 employees was very bad even though the store by itself looks very clean ant the atmosphere is good as well.
Most likely not coming back.

Places looks nice, renovated.... I have been there a couple of times but didn't really enjoyed my experience. I asked for a specific bread and the server told me they didn't have any; the issue was that I could clearly see they had the bread I wanted, I inquiry about it and I felt a little attitude from the server and just ordered something else. It seems the bread was for future mobile orders (instead of the in-store customer). I got my good and walked out, but didn't like that experience.
Also, other times I've been there some of the servers have been more Into talking and gossiping with visiting friends than attending customer.

Stopped in for a sub. The bread was a bit tough/stale. The atmosphere was questionable by the people that seemed to be hanging out inside and the employee taking a smoke break outside the front doors.

Got here at 8:40PM, they closed at 9. Door was already locked, even though they still had customers inside. Wasn’t even busy, just 1-2 people inside.

It takes forever to get a sandwich here. At least three customers walked away, tired of waiting. I only have half hour to eat, can’t afford to wait 15 min there.
