It takes forever to get a sandwich here. At least three customers walked away, tired of waiting. I only have half hour to eat, can’t afford to wait 15 min there.

This is one of the worst subway you can ever order from the service is horrible. The phone rings and rings and nobody answer the phone. I order my food and was charged double. I was told to cancel on the app. There’s not a way to cancel on the app. The employee are unwilling to help horrible service.

I don't understand why they close a half hour early. If subway closes at 9pm then there is no reason why they should be closed and denying service at 8:30pm it's truly infuriating they really should get new management that respects their customers.

This person named Jessica told me She said that she is the manager, she disrespected me and told me that you are rude and you are not understanding me that I cannot place you. The man who served me, an oriental, made fun of me when I asked for the ham, he laughed with his other co-worker. My English and I explained to him that my English was not good and he laughed I felt decried he had the number 3 on his cap
