You all were not lying. DO NOT BOTHER COMING. I ordered online and pickup was 435...its 505 now and he's JUST starting my sandwich (just one normal sub btw). Ive watched 2 familys come in to make an order, not be acknowledged whatsoever, and just left after standing in front of him awkwardly. One said "let's go to Wawa".

Just go to Wawa across the street. For your sake.

LOL At the fact that the reviews have been for over a year and the same employee is still there and is still moving slower than a stampede of turtles hurdling through peanut butter. He probably does this to get people to leave the line maybe? The fact that he wears work boots can only be attributed to pain and not a comfortable working environment.

It took just about the same time everyone else has said just for one sandwich. I wish I could say "Maybe it's to ensure accuracy" but even the bread was messed up although I was very specific from the first sentence I mouthed.

Anyhow, I'm sure he chuckles by now at all of these so here's one more to you bud.

I'm glad you still get to make a paycheck which probably stayed as low as it was back in 2005. Maybe a raise helps...

Erik , Had a horrible attitude and moved at sloth speed. Took over 20min to make one sandwich and it had got to the point I had to just leave because he wasn't even half way done and I had to go to work. I rarely say this but how does this man have a job here? The customer service was poor and just work ethic was poor.

i wish this were a joke, this was quite literally what i imagine the seventh layer of hell to be. our lovely friend erik making the sandwiches moved probably at about half the speed of a sloth. it took about 20 minutes for him to make our two sandwiches. these were not complex orders. i’ve had more fun watching paint dry. i’ve had more fun watching grass grow. i don’t know how this level of apathy is even possible but if there was an entertainment rating on here, i’d give it a 5/5 because wow if that wasn’t the most bizarre interesting exhibit of human capability I have ever seen.

Warning if you use the Subway app. I have been hacked multiple times and had fraudulent orders placed on my credit card. If this happens to you and you contact Subway they don't take any blame and put it all on you. Terribly ran company.
