Walter and the staff were excellent! We placed a large order for an event and they were prompt, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we really appreciate everything the staff did for us. Definitely recommend!

Five star for the worker, 0 for the management. The poor guy was on his own facing a line of 15 customers. He worked extremely fast, while managing time expectations, maintaining hygiene and making good sandwiches. Whoever left him to face the Saturday lunchtime rush on his own is a bad person.

The manager is rude, he is racist and he has zero customer service skills. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. You are way better off going down the road and getting a sandwich from WaWa. At least there you don't stand in line for 10 minutes because they only have one employee at 12:00 noon. And that one employee should be fired......

If you could go into another location you'll save yourself some grief and time. I walked into the restaurant and the first thing the Manager Brittany Fleming greeted us with ya’ll need to move the car from out front of the store me and my husband responded that we were drop off and not driving Brittany reply’s walking off from me and my husband that well they need to move basically she wasn’t going to serve us until the driver who drop us off moved within seconds the driver moved so we’re standing there at the counter and Brittany says what do ya’ll need are y’all ordering were like yes were ordering so she pulls the cookie drawer out says oh well I’ll be with ya’ll in a minute and pull’s the cookie drawer out walks to the back started taking cookies off the pan. My husband says oh no lets go I stood there until she got back and ask her for her manager she wouldn’t give me the manager name or corporate number and to find out that she is the manager she’s very rude and nasty and it’s no way to treat a paying customer.
