This is our go to for a quick sandwich after a late night at the parks. Never had an issue with staff. It’s always been decent food. Parking is usually easy. Just a few minutes outside the resort gates. Easy to get to. Love it’s open late.

Popped into get a snack. We are from overseas so things are different. The only young lady behind the counter was the most rudest person I have evered encountered. She was muttering her words so we kept saying to her ‘sorry what did you say’. Toasted the bread without asking. Once the toaster was done she kept out bread on the counter and kept making the next customer’s order, while ours was getting cold. We asked questions about what we could order, as again things are very different in Australia. Told my husband to pay attention to what he wanted in his order. Told us to stay in order for the ingredients. Her body language was very disinterested, lounging over the glass next to the register. Again muttering something but couldn’t be bothered asking her. If this person is there again I will NOT go in the shop. This happened on November 2 at 5:05pm. No customer service with person.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Lady making sandwiches late night tonight absolutely sucked. They were all burnt, most of them wrong. Will not be returning. Felt unwelcome and rushed out of the store.
To the owner, this girl needs to be fired.. she’s running business away. I see many reviews for this same lady.

My family went here around 11pm today and the service we received was awful. The two girls working during this time was rude, hateful, and absolutely mean. We spoke to them asking them how their evening was going and they wouldn’t even speak to us. While making our subs they wouldn’t ask us what we wanted on them or anything. We pretty much had to tell them everything we wanted. Then after making the subs both girls walked in the back and started cussing and saying stuff.
Overall experience - AWFUL & SCARY.
DO NOT GO HERE.
If someone sees this review that is in charge of this fast food place I would highly suggest hiring some new people.

Subs were ready when we got there, and they were exactly as ordered, which isn't typical at every Subway. I was greeted enthusiastically when I picked up my order. Great experience over all! Thank you!

At the time I'm writing this review it still says closing soon. I drove 30 mins to this location. Had been calling since 12:40 to place an order for pick up. Only to arrive almost 10 mins to closing and being waived off by the man inside. And the OPEN sign still lit. . Please stop saying you're open til 1am. That's false.

Just went over to pick up a sandwich with my husband on 8/7/2024 at around 10:30pm who has never been to a subway in the states. He was very excited and wanted to film his sandwich. Everything was going great until we were in the parking lot taking a picture in front of the store to commemorate the experience when one of the employees came out and yelled at us from across the parking lot. He yelled that they have cameras in the store and we need to ask permission to record and should have asked before recording their faces. We assured and reassured him that we did not take any photos or videos of either of the employees assisting us and only took video and or photos of the shop, ourselves and our sandwiches. He proceeded to keep yelling at us from the front door of the store when we are about to get into our vehicle that if we want to record we should go to another subway but not here. I came here to leave this review and as I can see from other posts, clearly there has not previously been an issue with people recording or taking photos which actually did include employees faces- unlike ours and they seem to have had perfectly normal experiences. I don’t understand why, if he took issue he chose to yell at us from across the parking lot essentially telling us not to come back instead of politely asking us not to record while we were still in the shop. Needless to say my husbands first subway experience in the US included more harassment than we anticipated.

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived at my home to open it up to eat the order was wrong. I paid for a 12 inch sub and received a 6 inch. Tried calling the store back multiple times to tell of the error and got no answer. This has not been the first time this store has made a mistake with my order. Will not be returning back to this location.

The food was fresh store was clean but Lakisha Anderson the manager was very stingy with adding vegetables she literally gave me 4 olives on a foot long, she was also very rude and had a bad attitude so wasn’t comfortable asking for more. I did notice she was pregnant so maybe she was having a bad day. The young lady working with her didn’t have a name badge but she was very sweet and provided excellent customer service. She is the reason for three stars. We were traveling so we wouldn’t be returning but even if we were local we would spend our money elsewhere.

To whomever (the taller of the two, as she wasn't wearing a name badge) was working there Monday, July 15th, at 3:15pm what you gave me was absolutely unacceptable. From the minimal cheese that barely covered the center of my sandwich let alone the ends, to the rotten and freezer burnt veggies, brown lettuce and discoloured cucumbers, which you only gave me 3 of for a footlong...
I hope you realize sooner or later that that is an unacceptable product to hand out, no matter to whom.
