When I entered the place, there were only two people ahead of me in line. Twenty minutes later I was the first in line, or so I thought. Turns out there were people waiting for their on-line orders to be completed, so the sole employee on duty kept making sandwiches without communicating the delay to me. After having waited a total of half an hour, I thought it would finally be my turn. But when she started on another on-line order I finally gave up and went somewhere else to buy a beer instead. I blame poor employee training for this blatant show of disrespect for the customer's time.

Went here a couple weeks ago the service was absolutely fantastic. Completely went above and beyond. I tried to call and tell the manager how awesome their employee Amaree was but I was never able to get through so I’m leaving a review here hopefully management sees it and knows they have an awesome

Came in with a huge cheer team. One of the workers was just getting off work to go to her other job. The other was a the absolute champ that came in clutch and made all of our orders by herself with a smile. Thank you very much from Mountain Ridge High School in Utah.

We got to this subway at 9pm and doesn't close tell 10. The open sign was on and the doors were unlocked. When we walked in there was no one to be found, we called thier number and no one awnsered. All and all we waited around for about 10 minutes and got no service. Someone wasn't doing there job and it was a major inconvenience being that we drove out of the way just to get some food and ened up empty handed.

Worst experience everOrder online and the app said it's ready. When arrived, the employees said it's not ready Then, she wait for 15 min to starts, and it takes her forever to make, it ends up 30 min wait in the store seeing her slowly place elements on the sandwiches. So order took about 1 hour to get readyAfter that she didn’t even apologize about what happened and she just dropped it
