Very disappointed new girl making my food and then I think the manger came in and took all the meat off my sandwich and told her it’s 5 pieces of turkey for a foot long didn’t even fill the sandwich pay for bread and veggies at this point.
I walked in for my mobile order and it was already finished which was amazing! Lisa was very friendly and nice to talk to!
Serving person was courteous. They had everything i wanted. I ordered a footlong sub, a raspberry white chocolate cookie and a jalapeno chip packet.

First things first, Chris who was working close at Thursday August 7th might genuinely be the best employee i’ve ever seen or met, he didn’t complain and had an awesome attitude. On the other hand, the manager was the worst first experience with someone i’ve had, she walked in and said we can’t have food from other places which is understandable but the place was very understaffed and we were waiting for about an hour with a party of about 10. She the. said she’s the manager and we close in 2 minutes and she’s gonna kick us out. Instead of helping get the line down she went to the back and did t help chris at all. She could have had a WAY better tone to start off with but was very disrespectful and rude.She was very unprofessional and at first we all thought it was a random person on something. I’m very disappointed in her leadership and i would suggest either making chris manager or getting him more help and getting a different manager

Today at 10:20 am . 3 August 2025 .I went in with my kids to buy combos and a woman who was the only one in the store gave bad, very bad service. She spoke rudely and wouldn't separate the sandwiches for me while she was making them. Her response was that she couldn't separate the sandwiches for me and she handed me the bags. Her attitude wasn't that of someone who provides a service when you go shopping. I would never return to this location because of that woman.

I’ve been coming to the subway for many years and I Stop coming here until maybe a year ago I have never seen this subway at the scale that it is being held at , at this moment. The manager and team are amazing!!! The manager is consistently working moving cleaning every time I walk in she’s mopping. Very hard worker and very, very, very efficient I just would like to do this review because Hope you guys know that She is amazing!!!

There is a lady with a birthmark who has a very nasty attitude. She was nasty with me and my son for no reason. We had to leave and didn't even let finish making our sandwich. The owner really need to hire someone else.

There was an employee named Angel and she was beyond helpful and wonderful i will continue coming back to this Subway because of how excellent her customer service skills were. Even with a line full of people she got them in and out and maintained a great attitude even with the rude customers the store was really clean and the food was very fresh thank you for the GREAT service!

A lady named Lisa said she was the boss when I asked for the manager. As soon as we walked in, she started yelling at us because we went straight to a table instead of the counter. I told her I wanted to place my order online from my phone, and after just one minute, she said, “I can’t have you sitting here—you have to order or leave.”
When she started making my sandwiches, I was standing and quietly watching to make sure everything was done right. She told me to go sit at the table because she didn’t want me watching her make the food. Then she refused to let me modify or add anything to my online order, saying I wasn’t allowed.
Her attitude was terrible. I even asked for jalapeños, and she purposely didn’t include them. This was by far my worst experience ever at Subway.

The lady that works there was very rude and told us we can’t sit if we are not ordering when in fact we were placing the order online. She almost kicked us out and we were just sitting down to place an order.
She has the worest attitude and treats her customers very rudely.

Yesterday I had a problem ordering through the app, and when I arrived at the store, my order didn't appear in the system. I showed the receipt on my phone to the store manager Lisa, and she very kindly helped me prepare my order. She provides excellent service and always keeps the store very clean!. Thank you Lisa.

Literally trust other google reviews of this subway franchise cause trust me they are true . It literally offers the worst possible service and like i ordered Footlong online and i had to wait almost 1 hour at the restaurant. And subway franchise customer care department is like asleep its not even paying attention to all other bad reviews to this location. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE .
