Looking forward to 2 off meatball Marinara subs
Attitude of the girl behind the counter was disgraceful. Walked out half way through the order as everything seemed to be a chore. Went to Public next door where the lady making our sandwiched was delightful.
Not a good advert for Subway !!!!

After a long drive, my wife and I decided to get Subway for lunch. We are guests in your city. I went in your store, and the worker greeted me, and I replied then proceeded to use the man's bathroom and wash my hands before ordering our subs. As soon as I closed the bathroom door behind me, I heard the same worker YELLING SO LOUDLY: "SIR! SIR! THE BATHROOM IS FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY!" She literally scared me that I came right out, and said that I am ordering subs.. that I just needed to use the bathroom before. She continued to repeat the same sentence. I kindly replied that I was gonna order food from your restaurant, but because of the unnecessary nasty and unprofessional attitude, I'm just gonna leave. This worker has a birthmark or a tattoo on her face.
I will contact corporate regarding this unpleasant experience at your store.
Your restaurant was empty at 12:30, and I thought it was strange especially given the fact that you're located in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Now I know why.

Is there a worse subway experience than this one right here? Doubtful.
Rude Service, old bread and sick employees. No receipt so you can’t complain to corporate to get the store #.
Shut it down subway.

Terrible experience. It was still a couple hours before closing, and the restaurant was empty. The only woman working made it very clear that she didn't want any more customers that evening. Tried to make small talk and empathize with someone who'd had a bad day. Apparently, an employee called in, and as manager she was required to cover the store open to close. Said she'd already clocked 55hrs (just three days into the week) and had another five days to go. She said the franchise owner didn't care.
Anyway - a sour attitude sucks, but the meal wasn't any better. All there was in the veggie trays were frozen tomatoes, wilted lettuce and some cucumbers. Everything else was gone. I choose Subway because I love the fresh vegetables - there were literally none to have that day. No pickles, no banana peppers, no onions, etc. She ran out of mayo making the sandwich, huffed to the back and then put so much on that I had to spoon it off once I got home (1/2 cup?). Crazy.
I should've walked away since I wasn't welcome, and I wasn't going to get a real sandwich. But I politely paid, tipped and left.
Not sure what the fix is - better communication between leadership? Better training? More robust staffing? I don't know - but this was a poor example of what Subway could/should be.

Showed up on a Friday at 9:20 PM, 40 minutes before close. The only man working looked like he was cleaning so we asked if they were still open and he very rudely told us to get out and that they were closed. We checked the sign on the door and it confirmed that they closed at 10. We were kicked out before we could even order. Terrible, don’t go here

No one was out front when we came in. Had to say hello.m that we were there.. No tomatoes. No receipt paper to get receipt. Employee was not real friendly. One napkin dispenser was empty. Tables needed cleaning. She didn't have water cups so I got nothing to drink...didn't offer the pop cups to use instead. She stayed in the back most of the time. Chicken was overdone. Not a real pleasant experience.
