I usually like Subways but the guy working today had his headphones in and could barely hear me and he kept trying to pair my meal with the person behind me, I had to tell him 4 times and he still rung them up together, also the lettuce was old and nasty, why are you selling that to customers. Please if you are going to work a job that requires communication stop listening to music and do your job.

I went to get ice from the ice machine and the elderly employee started literally screaming at me as if I was a child it happened around 1130am today.Not only was it humiliating but extremely inappropriate

I normally don’t write reviews but today I was at Walmart so i decided to shop around and order my sub online I asked the dark skinned lady that I was here for a online order she was with a customer and she pointed at the rack and said I don’t see any online order we don’t have an order it’s not what she said it’s how she said it and her body language just pointing at the rack so I can see it. I believe there’s a different way to approach customers. I told her that she was being rude that I was only here for a pick up order again she said there’s no order with no care in the world. We kept going back and forth until another employee came and I told her what had happened and the lady was talking over us still going back and forth I told the other employee look you see she’s the problem she’s still trying to argue with me I’m just here with my daughter picking up an online order. people nowadays don’t care about having a job when the job market is horrible and they just talk and argue with customers for no reason

Asked for a cup of water while waiting for an order and was told they don’t give out water. Isn’t that so inhumane that it’s even agaisnt the law? Gross.
