Served 3/29/2024 9:32.29pmI ordered a black forest ham footlong sub I had asked him politely if he could change his gloves due to he touched jalapenos and I'm allergic. He then proceed to get angry and tell that he didn't touch them me and my sister saw him he then said he'll just cancel my order than. I've never had issues with subway they always change gloves before each sandwich I'm also a food service manager and have been at multiple different establishments. I know dealing with any food you have to change your gloves and you should not be cross contaminating especially with jalapenos. He was very rude and wanted to argue while time all I got was a footlong black forest ham with lettuce and tomato wasn't hard order just politely asked.

Gotta b the worst subway I've been to here in fl the worker had major attitude and when I order online and ask 2 b ready at a designated time that's what expected not 2 b making the orders 5 mins after the ready time and further more the worker when I said something about they were to b ready at 5pm started just slapping them together as it's my fault they had over hr and half to make from when I placed order then im guessing the workers hillbilly boyfriend or husband whomever he was had nerve to run his mouth cus at me make threatsat me told me 2 stay away from there cuz his gf was incompetent and could time manage so my order was ready at 5pm not 520 he made a wise decision by sitting back dn and not following me out to my car

Closes at 11:00PM got there at 10:00PM and the lady asked me where I wanted her to make my sandwich if on a piece of paper because she was out of bread. You have a whole hour to figure it smh ??♂️

Woman working at 11:44am with braids was disgustingly rude. Someone needs to check her ASAP. I come to this subway almost 2 times a week and I haven't been in a month, I came back to horrible service, and even worse attitude.

African American old lady needs to find a new job. She has a serious attitude problem and called me slow after I asked her to toast my bread with no meat. This is also not the first incident. They also close the store 30 minutes early. when I came in and the same lady and white guy were laughing together and let us walk in and made us stand there and just stared at us. Not informing that they had closed the sandwich area. then had attitude when we asked if they were closed. they proceeded to say "what does it look like to you". DO NOT COME HERE.

Second time I have been on this location and the LAST ONE . Same lady from the first time (african American) treat me so rude. She was rushing me to take the order, made me want to go away and eat the food in my car .

Today it was my first time in this location. As an anti-social person with anxiety I was scared like always. The African American woman was rushing me and rushing my order. She yelled at me because I said Italian bmt and she said " that's not what I asked! What kind of bread?!? " so I kinda panicked and forgot what kind of bread. She basically threw my lettuce and olives on there very lazy. This woman is absolutely rude for no reason. Plus when I grabbed the chips and cup she smacked my chips and pulled them to herself very roughly. Thank you for making me cry lady I thought people could at least be nice. I'm never going to this location again I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the good subway with respectful, nice and patient staff

The young man working went to make several mistakes making the sandwiches, like he didn't listen to us at all. We had to correct him several times.My friend and I both got six inch subs, I hit the back half of the bun, she hit the front half. My half (pictured) looked over baked, was 1/2 the width of hers, and the texture was very stale. Hardly any meat on these subs.They may be less expensive than some other places but also quality of product and service is much lower. Not my fav sub shop for sure.

Very poor customer service from manager. Asked to have ceiling fans turned off because it was very cold in the restaurant. Nothing happened so I turned the one over our table off. Manager went crazy and threatened to call police. I turned the fan back on since I didn’t want any further issues. Manager was rude and caused problems for several more customers. Needless to say will not return until there is a new manager.
