The workers at this location need to go back to training. They can’t make a sandwich to save their lives. You would have thought you were in a taco shop the way they pile the toppings on the sandwich. The sandwich is supposed to lay flat not on the side like a taco where all the toppings fall out! If they don’t want to put in more effort into making sandwiches then they need to go! I’m tired of the way they slop the sandwiches with no care whatsoever! Totally unprofessional! Do better!

Had the worst experience recently. Was almost double charged for the order and once I realize it after I paid. No one could fix it saying system issue we can do nothing with that even the management can do nothing. Weird. How this can be especially in a small downtown area where all people know each other?

The manager was a total Jerk I mentioned the Churro I purchased the day before was hard he said I had to eat it within 10 mins or that’s going to happen Rudely also asked him to cut my tomatoes he said no he can’t. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! In the process of looking for corporate phone number!!!

Place used to be ok. Lately when we go in to eat it's a teen hangout with kids just sitting there cursing and horsing around not ordering anything while I'm trying to eat. I'd pass.
We order using the app. We always put in the notes to put all sauce/dressing on the side. Came in to pick it up, sauce/dressing was on the food. I asked them to re-do the order and got a lot of attitude along with my order. Slamming, muttering and anger. Not a good experience. Won't go there again.
