We order using the app. We always put in the notes to put all sauce/dressing on the side. Came in to pick it up, sauce/dressing was on the food. I asked them to re-do the order and got a lot of attitude along with my order. Slamming, muttering and anger. Not a good experience. Won't go there again.

Love them or hate them, Subway is a quick place to grab a sub. With only one person in line in front of me, service was quick and I was out the door with a sub in under 3 minutes. All the veg were fresh which was great. My only complaint really is I ordered one of those new freshly sliced meats with "more meat" per sandwich. One, they don't actually slice the meat in front of you. So you kind of just have to trust them that the meat was "freshly sliced" and not un-freshly sliced 3 days ago. Seems like a very odd selling point when they are clearly trying to compete with Jersey Mikes. Dunno if this is just this store or all stores. Next, the "extra" meat was very much less than extra. And wow if that's double cheese, I hate to see what single cheese looks like. So the morale of the story is it's probably fresh and pay extra for actual extra meat and cheese because the standard subs are a bit skimpy.

Food was good as normal. But the guy kept refusing to do one sandwich at a time. Kept saying but i can do two sandwiches together. Yeah i think i can understand that but. Then he reaches down on on the floor and grabs a bucket puts it in the sink and does not wash his hands or change his gloves.A past experience at this one employees were sitting on the counter.This location needs to run its night employees better.

Staff are very nice and the store is always very clean. Food is pretty decent for being a large chain, but I'm somewhat easy to please. I appreciate that the nutrition facts for the food are available on the website.

Our subway does not close until 10 PM. I went in exactly 730 and ordered half of a club sub. The lettuce then was 3/4 empty and what was in there looked old, sour, and slimy. I asked if I could have some fresh lettuce. I was told by the manager NO and then ignored. Unbelievable, especially for a subway. I won’t be coming back here again.

The customer service is horrible and needs to be addressed. I went in to this location at 9:30 and the employee was rude and everything was already put away. I thought you closed at 10. I had to go to the other location on Alafaya Trail by Curry Ford in Orlando, Fl. to receive excellent service. I am a manager of 22 years for a major retail company and I have never seen or encountered such rude service like this. I will never go to that Subway again.
We ordered our food and immediately got kicked out of the restaurant because “lobby hours were closed”, but no lobby hours are posted anywhere. It was 8:50pm, so they didn’t close for another hour (10:00pm). We just needed 15-20 minutes to sit down and eat a quick meal, but we were told to leave before we initially tried to sit down. Also, the back entrance was blocked; the entrance facing the parking lot; which is inconvenient and a safety hazard. Considering the poor food quality, the restaurant cannot afford to treat their customers poorly.

Slow staff ever. Place is empty 3 at the counter only 1 working on an online order the other 2 just standing there. I had to wait for the online order to be completed as the other 2 staff members just stared doing nothing .

This place is consistent and very clean. I have a love hate relationship with Subways due to their cleanliness but in the 8+ years I have lived in Avalon Park I can tell you this location is super clean. I go at least once every couple of weeks and it's just great. The service is great, the staff has a great attitude and they pay attention to detail. Subway sandwiches are always good so I won't comment on that as much. All in all this is a great location.
