The service I received on 26Aug24 at about 9:40am at this store was atrocious. Realizing the man who was serving me was sniffling quite a bit, near the end of preparing my sandwich I said to him (I think nicely) that he ought to be wearing a mask. His response...if it was a health risk, he would have been required to. Since its sinuses, it is not required.
Then to cap it off, as I was about to walk out, he said that I should be careful how I give advice and make assumptions - it may be ok where I am from, but may not be appreciated here. What feistiness!!! How thin skin that you should take offence with a recommendation to wear a mask while sniffling and serving food! If I had said he had something contagious, I would be assuming. But...I did not assume he was sniffling while preparing my sandwich. I am almost sure he also did not put on gloves to handle the cookies I ordered!!

I don't know if the US is different from anywhere else in the world, but once handling food, you cover up, esp if sneezing, coughing, sniffling. Body fluids can be passed on, no matter what is causing the sniffle, sneeze or cough.
This guy needs some serious training in food handling & customer service.

I go to this location for lunch , and the gentleman’s mannerisms and service is amazing , definitely make the guests feel welcome and always respectfully greeted.

Only picked up one order and was charged twice. Left message with associate to have manager call me and never heard back from him! Seriously?? So not professional to leave me hanging! Then tried calling store several times and phone just kept ringing. Called bank and tried to stop payment and waiting to hear back from them. Basically paid $23 for one sub! Never going back here! ??

This rating is for 1/9/24, Tuesday noon. I hadn't been in a while because it's usually backed up or missing items. That day I saw 2 new employees, or maybe just new to me, and they were crushing it. The gentleman working was super friendly even with people he wasn't assisting yet, and the lady that was helping with sandwich assembly kept up with his pace, remembering which sandwiches to charge for and was even able to cash out customers outside of sandwich line without holding anyone up. Excellent duo that day! I go during one of the busiest times, so it's normal to have a little wait, but the staff's positive vibes and great customer service helped make the time fly by. Hoping this is the new standard for this location!

Akeena IS THE BEST!!! She made my sandwich the way I like it and put my pepperoni on the side as requested in the notes. She even had it ready before time. I appreciate her so much.

Today I was arriving with a coupon for a foot-long meal for nine dollars. I entered the building and was rudely informed in a non-friendly way that their system is down. I offered to pay cash but was declined. If they had kindly informed me I would have just returned. Lastly, the food was all out and was poorly displayed. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Rude staff, bad technology, unprofessional, and poor display.

Parking: Parking is very limited here.

Wheelchair accessibility: In this establishment the handicap parking was on the side and the handi cap door across from parking was CLOSED AND LOCKED. Why have handi cap parking if you can’t use the resources?

So today we went to Subway in a hurry trying to make it in time before closing (which the door and Google says at 10:00pm every day) and the employee hurried us off. We arrived near 8:50-ish and the entire place was closed. Usually theres a blonde hair dude inside and he helps us out, but now there seems to be a new employee who would rather go home instead of earning his hours. Embarrassing.

Showed up at 11 am for food and subway person was just setting up asked us to wait 30min. The store hours say it opened at 9am. Don’t go here we have tried twice in two days. It’s just terribly run.
