The staff is a total shame since they treat consumers badly. The girl who was working today at 7:15 p.m. treated badly a lady who was coming to. Look for an order because you know how to speak English. I don't recommend

I ordered on uber eats today from this location a second time. Not only was my order cold when I requested toasted, my drink was not bagged so it was missed by the driver. So I called several times to speak to store no one picked up. I drove up there because they are not even 5 mins away and not only was the manager Phillip sitting in the lobby talking to the male worker (which explains why the phone wasn’t being answered). Not only was he rude after seeing I was clearly upset. I was talking to the young lady behind the counter regarding my order being incorrect and it not being the first time. He preceded to cut me off while I was talking to the lady behind the counter incorrectly explaining it was uber fault not knowing what he was talking about. Uber didn’t fix my food and miss clear instructions first of all. He then proceeding to to still engage in back and forth arguing with me while guests are still dining in the store completely making a fool out of himself because the young lady told him clearly it was her fault she messed up the order Ava he still wanted to engage in arguing with me with no valid points. Explaining he’s a manager. A manager would first know, the rule. Customer is always right (even when possibly being wrong) and this time it was true. Instead of apologizing he then begin to antagonize me by saying oh I just wanted to be right. He’s been a manager for 15 yrs he’s not going no where, do I know how many people tell him they calling corporate. Clearly Subway, if this is the representation your putting as the face of your brand and managing your business. You need to do better!!!
Not only should he had an apologize because I paid for the convenience of not leaving my home by ordering delivery and still had to drive to get it corrected after working all night. He should have understood and been more accommodating. Instead he added fuel to an already lit flame. That had not the young lady stepped in to tell him it was indeed her fault. I would have reacted a lot worse than what he got! Had it not been for her this would have went completely left real quick!!! He needs to be removed and trained thoroughly to handle tough situations as a manager he clearly has no people skills. I do hope to be contacted by upper management regarding this encounter.

1st let me say that the fountains drinks taste nasty. Like they don't clean the machine. The tables are nasty, it like they don't clean up in there. The subs are nasty.

Everything with my order went fine, but I was concerned to see that the employee working tonight (4/6/2025 at 8:30 PM) was completely alone, despite a long line of customers. Several tables and trash cans needed attention, and we could also hear mobile orders coming in. It felt overwhelming for one person to handle everything on their own. It’s not fair to put that kind of pressure on a single employee, especially during a busy evening.

Service was horrible! The girl making the food was extremely rude. My sub was made incorrectly I tried to tell her. she either just plain out ignored me or her music on her ear buds was too loud to hear me. When I finally got her attention she just argued that my order was correct instead of listening to me tell her what I asked for. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

After a long day of volleyball Logan was super efficient and kind. Definitely one of the better workers I've come across!
