Typical subway, good food.
I would echo the previous reviews, the lady behind the counter didn’t seem too thrilled to be there. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I stopped by Subway recently and while the food itself was okay, the service was really disappointing. The woman working behind the counter seemed extremely unhappy to be there and came across as very rude. It felt like making our sandwiches was an inconvenience to her, which definitely affected the experience. A little friendliness and a better attitude would have made a huge difference. Hoping for a more welcoming visit next time.

The manager here is pathetic , she is a rude lady with a serious attitude and she should be fired for the way she talks to customers!!! I will give ALL my business to the goldenrod location from here on out atleast they treat customers with respect there. I hate leaving bad reviews but this had to be done.

Totally understaffed on a weekend at lunch time. To make things worse, the lone worker averaged about 1 sub made per every 10 minutes. We left without ordering after being 3rd line for 30 minutes so there goes your revenue….

I went in with my mom after a day of running errands and the lady was very rude and dismissive towards me. She was so nice to the ladies before me. Not sure what her problem was but we walked out after she deliberately ignored us. Date 12/20/25 @7pm. I won't be going there anymore😟

The lady who works here is TOO rude, very poorly educated, she doesn't know how to treat customers and that is very bad, you have to repeat the same thing to her too many times for her to pay attention, the lady is so rude that I don't even want to go to Subway just so I don't run into her 😴 they should change the staff, the man is very friendly and knows how to treat customers. I understand that they are very old people and that they have worked all their lives but nothing gives them the right to treat customers badly, I have seen many reviews about her and I think exactly the same 😰

The 2 new employees are useless. Showed them proof of paid online order to this location but couldnt make the sandwich due to an error message. Pathetic customer service.

We went out of our way tonight to try a different location because our experience at another location has been pretty bad on a few occasions. Glad we gave this one a shot! The man who helped us was quick but more importantly he made our food the way we asked without having to repeat ourselves over and over. Thanks again dude great sandwiches!

This message is for the Manager of this store to be aware of the poor treatment given by the elderly lady there on 9/26 at 1:00 pm, she is extremely hateful, rude and her treatment of customers is extremely rude, I have been there for years Visiting this Subway and this lady should be put to take a good customer service course, I hope the manager takes action on the matter, as a customer I don't have to put up with rudeness for a service that I am paying for! Thank you
