Today I arrived at 7 and 50 saw open light off between and lab girl who was attending mebdice that there is only one type of sweet oats and there is no tuna ok I asked for a sub club and I ask you to make few vegetables and more of onion mebdice I can not take more onion parabque nonse end your attention was very dry and bad customer service

Slowwww service and ran out of subs We went to this staple of sandwich creation at 6pm on a Monday, looking for a quick dinner alternative to cooking. Needless to say, it was the most agonizing 14 minutes of waiting for one sandwich artist to get through the "rush" of about 4 people in line ahead of us. Wish we went to Jersey mikes

I walked in around 3 and Lea was just finishing up wiping the entire restaurant by herself. The place was spotless, the bins of ingredients were all full and clean, the counter tops were spotless. Everything was just as you'd like it from a customer's point of view.
I hesitated on submitting this review because I believe in 2nd and 3rd chances but that's as far as I will go with this place. Almost always there's only 1 person working and yes people do leave because of that. On my last visit which was yesterday the only worker there actually acknowledged me as the only person in line after 13 minutes and 23 seconds then offered me a cup of water. Did I look that hot and dehydrated!!!! The owners of this place need to read these reviews and step up!!!

The assistant manager Katie was rude and had horrible customer service. She was bad mouthing customers in front of paying customers and complaining about her day. We absolutely loved Jordan who made us our food and was actually working his butt off, where Katie wasn't doing anything. Because of Katie if we see her working we are turning right around and going somewhere else.
