Never order online from this location. They will refuse to give you your order unless you can show physical ID which is kinda ridiculous. Even if you show the order number, the staff will refuse. They also wouldn't give me a refund so I basically just got scammed. If I could give zero stars for the service I would lol
BRENA HOOKED MY VEGGIE SANDWICH UP! Her customer service is amazing, ooh and my sister loved her wrap! This is my FAVORITE SUBWAY IN FLORIDA!! The cookies are delicious <3
Rena was the one who took care of me, and might I add she was the sweetest person that I have ever met in a subway. She gave me recommendations, let me know of coupons, and greeted me! Great customer service goes a long way thank you!

2 employees working.both took a 10 min break at the same time. They put a sign up on the glass. Three customers walked in and left because no one was behind counter. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME WITH THIS!!!!!! Tables were not wiped off as well.SUBWAY IS OVER FRANCHISED AND UNDER MANAGED. use to be a good place to eat but now it's terrible. GO TO JERSEY MIKES!!!!!@
