very dissapointing place.i came today monday, 03/11/24' at 8:29pm as soon i entered, the front attendant boy told me he could'nt take any more orders because " he had to go home".. i asked him what time he closes, he replied at 9:00 pm but refused to take my order. i had to drive to the next subway and the gentlemans happily made my sub. this place needs to give a "deep" costumer service training to it's employees.won't return.

always stop by here for lunch and never in experienced anything as such; Kayla is extremely rude, rolling eyes and not listening to my order, kept on spilling and throwing everything around, no hi no bye nothing, attitude for absolutely no reason. never coming back to this location

Got money taken off of my card, for an online order they cancelled. I called the restaurant and she said they’re closed, this was shortly after 8pm when online it says 11pm, ridiculous and if that was the last bit of my money then I would have to go without food because they want to take my money and cancel my order for supposedly being closed 3 hours before closing time.

I used to go to this location quite often, but I don’t anymore since the attitude of one of the girls is unbelievable rude for absolutely no reason (Tall and skinny). She never greets you, she snaps at you when you ask absolutely normal questions about sandwiches, she snaps at you even when you’re not talking to her, I don’t remember the last time I saw so much agression in a person. I’m sorry for whatever this person is going through in her life, but she can’t do customer service with this kind of attitude, I am surprised she is still working there.P.s. the lady is also quite slow, just a nightmare.

AVOID GOING HERE!!!!! Last night the same rude employee who NEVER GREATS AND YELLS AT YOU ONE SUB AT A TIME HAD LOADS OF CUSTOMERS TURNED AWAY. JUST SAID WITH ATTITUDE ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALWAYS FROM HER. Everyone else who works there is fine. But everytime she is working it makes me Never want to go there again. LAST NIGHT DID IT FOR ME. AND ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO SPOKE TO ME WHO SHE TURNED AWAY RUDELY. THERE IS ANOTHER SUBWAY RIGHT OFF ORANGE AVE 3 MIN AWAY ! SAVE YOURSELF THE RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT GO TO THE OTHER SUBWAY!!!!

The woman employee today was very rude, in a bad mood and treated us very badly. I asked her a few questions and she snapped back at me aggressively. today 01/02/2024. There were two workers, a tall woman and a shorter woman. The tallest one tried to serve and the lowest one took the bread from him, threw it away and yelled bad words, I don't know how Subway has people like that working

Absolutely horrible customer service. One employee walked out of the store, while there was a line, and the other employee needs to be terminated ASAP! She didn't greet one person, didn't make any eye contact nor any response, even though I asked how her day was. She was the rudest person I've ever met and clearly did NOT care about her job or customer service. She was extremely unpleasant, did not listen how to make my sub, and had a terrible attitude. She was disgusting and needs to be terminated ASAP!!

We walked into the store happy and left unhappy we was placing an order and the employee cut us mid way and said I only make one sandwich at a time I said ok. And placed my order my husband had to wait while she made 2 online order and my sandwich was getting cold we thought maybe she would take our order first then online but no she then started with throwing ingredients on the sub and made everyone online uncomfortable we lost our appetite after this
