The worst subway I have ever been to I would rather go to jersey mikes.

Whoever the young white guy is that was working the night shift on 2/11/25 had the nastiest look on his face when we walked in at 7:34 pm. This location does not close until 11pm there is no reason to be staring daggers at a small group of guests that walked in to pick up an order. This guy then proceeded to roll his eyes with every guest he "assisted." I do not know what he issue is but this was just one of a long list of sub-par experiences I have had at this location in particular, for the evening/night shift.

Such poor customer service.. I had an issue with employee Maria a couple of weeks ago do her asking me 6 Times if I wanted a foot long even after telling her No It’s. 6-inch. She looked at me as if what I was saying was wrong && that I was confused, which instead she was. The manager tried to jump in I don’t have his name but he is of fair-skin and speaks Spanish… he tried to jump to her defense and say that I was in the phone && that thats why she started to make my sandwich without asking me what I wanted and corrected him and let him know he as well was lying because he was right there knowing that I was listening to her and answering her back. Other times that I have gone in and hes there & she is not, never any issues occur.. Today I decided to go in for a a sandwich and she happened to be coming in to work && he was making sandwiches && in order to be funny he askes me knowing I come in for a 6-Inch because he hasn’t asked before, if I wanted a foot long or 6-inch.. after he asked that question he looked at her for validation with a smirk on his face && while she was attending me she was also smiling. I’m not fat, I am a thick woman so I truly don’t know what’s funny… The manager himself is a heavyset man so that shouldnt even be something he laughs about.
Subway I thought ya was a no judgment establish meant but I guess was wrong…

This was our first stop after arriving in Orlando. We didn't have any groceries yet so we went here for a late lunch / early dinner. We got a meatball sandwich and a turkey wrap. Server was very friendly and she had a lot to do by herself. Turkey-Avocado wrap was really big - I had some while there and saved the other half for later.
Parking: Easy to find parking.

Went inside to order a sub, the employee working said he was the only one there and had at least 7 orders before he got to us. I said I only wanted one sandwich. He said I had to wait for the online orders. I asked if I needed put in an order to get service. He said if I didn’t do an online order and more orders came in, that I would have to wait longer. I was the only person in the store. Any customer service job I’ve ever had, you help the customer in front of you. I understand online orders need to be done as well, but to be told that if I didn’t put an order in, more orders could be put in front of me physically standing there is crazy. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here but definitely the last.

The food and service was also great. I tried their new chicken nacho and it wasn’t as good as the loaded ham sandwhich that I usually get, but it was still good!

We came a little late tonight but Marc made us feel very welcome… took care of us and very friendly.
Service is very hit or miss for me now. The one guy whose name I never catch is perfect but otherwise there's often an attitude or if I order online the sandwiches are missing half of what was ordered and are absolutely drenched in sauce when asked for regular or less. Sometimes the wrong sauce. Just overall been very unpleasant experiences the past few times.

Horrible service the people look miserable after we paid to get our drinks there was no ice in the machine we asked if they could get us ice Johnathon stood there and was no help just looked at us like oh well there’s no ice the other lady there didn’t catch her name ended up just giving us bottled drinks. Horrible customer service the whole time we were there definitely not the place to go if u are looking to get subway.
