Management really needs to get onto their employees about looking so unhappy! I’ve been there multiple times over the last couple weeks and not one person smiles or acts like they even want to help you. You can feel the racism in the store! I’ll never come here again. I guess if you don’t look like the people behind the counter, you’re not supposed to come here. It never used to be like this at this location! Something has changed and it must be Management. Some of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever been around in the Conway area! Go to another subway and maybe you’ll get a smile and not discriminated against because of your skin color.

As others have mentioned, service is hit or miss here. I usually order online and my order is rarely ready on time, and then today I came to pick it up and the restaurant apparently closed early with no notice. Very frustrating and disappointing. I suggest avoiding this one and going to the nearby location on Semoran, which is usually much better.

Never got an order. Stood at the counter in front of the employee for over 5 minutes and as never acknowledged. Would give a zero review if possible! Left and went and got Pub Subs. Thank you, they were better and less expensive!-
Girl behind counter was absolutely mean and miserable. Shooting me dirty looks for no reason. I will never go in there again and be treated like someone who is hated because of my skin color.

nobody can read instructions, between the driver and the workers. i got a sandwich with condiments i did not ask for and frankly don’t like! and you can’t simply wipe off a condiment. on top of that my whole meal i ordered is missing the drink and chips ! maybe the chips was the driver’s fault but i know its subways fault for not suppling my driver with the drink i ordered at the very least. since it was bottled it would be in a cooler only the workers have access to. tried to call and ask if i can pick my stuff that im owed up which sadly defeats the purpose of a delivery but alas the phone rings out until the call drops. dropping uber and dropping this specific subway forever. im so tired of this.

Tell the parking Nazi to make subs and not be so concerned where my wife still in my car is idling! Walked out and took my business elsewhere if this guy would care more about all the trash all over the entrance area as he does about where a car is idling in a shared commercial parking lot! Nobody asked your opinion about where my truck can idle at in an otherwise empty parking lot
