Sugar Factory - Orlando

We went on a Friday evening. We were greeted promptly, and seated right away. The drinks were fabulous. My daughter got got one of the big alcoholic drinks that has the smoke coming out of it. She said there was alot of alcohol in it. She had read one review that said there was barely any alcohol in it. The food was fantastic. We all had to take half of it home. I got the chicken wings, the other two got chicken & waffles. Everything had great flavor. We had the foot long cheese stick. This was exactly created. Then we did the birthday singing for my husband. He was surprised. We loved looking at all of the food that came out with lots of colors! Thank your staff for a wonderful time . 🎂🎂

Sugar factory food is extremely overpriced lack taste the food was not appetizing at all didn't taste good as well as didn't bring out my food and out of time the drinks are a severely overpriced and not appeasing at all. The service was terrible. The floors were dirty. The chairs were dirty the floors almost slipped and fell because it was so much moisture or water or not being cleaned on the floor just overall two overly overrated.

Hostess was not friendly. We asked if we could switch table and was flat putt told no. Asked for half table half booth and was told they are for larger parties. No line and no one else waiting on tables when I brought hat they have table set up for four and two. Nastily I told hold on. We got the table. Don't go here if you cannot put up with loud music and crowds. This a party place when celebrating for sure. Ordered an appetizer that was to come with a rubber duck or course was told they ran out. Why would the chef not Oder more than expected so this does not happen!

We came to celebrate our daughter's 15th birthday, the waiter was amazing and took time to make sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. Food was fresh and came out quickly.

Terrible experience at Sugar Factory Orlando Very poor service. We had to wait too long for everything, and nobody seemed to care. The only thing that was just okay was the food. Definitely not coming back.

For my first visit I don't think I'd do it again . It was a lot more issues with the food than anything . My steak was far from seasoned . The best thing was the Caesar side salad . Overall it's a colorful exciting place .

Was disappointed. The restaurant was freezing! Waited 10+ minutes to connect with us to take our order - including drinks. My drink came right away, but the hot chocolate my son ordered took another 20 minutes to arrive...and it had been sitting on a counter for a while waiting for the server. Waited at least 45 minutes for food and it was cold (there were maybe 15 customers there total). I sent back the fries to get hot ones and the server brought hot fries, which were good. Our server appeared to also be the bartender, plus waiting at least 4 tables, so I'm not surprised we had very little attention/service.

It’s much more about the experience than the food. Pretty basic food served to look good but quality is lacking. Service in our case was horrible. No refills, got order wrong, and took forever. Might be part of the gig to keep you there longer to spend money on a novelty dessert or experience.

Was really excited to bring my sister here for her 21st birthday, because you guys are known for your specialty drinks. When I got there I wasn’t greeted properly a smile and an how you doing will go a long way!! Once someone came to the first to greet us I was asked if I had a reservation in a very empty restaurant. I asked the lady did we need reservations she said no then she proceeds to sit us. The serve took about 20 minutes just for us to get your drinks everything that wanted to order you guys didn’t have. The drink didn’t taste good i ordered a few other things but those items took forever so i canceled them and ask the server for the check. I was VERY VERY disappointed with our experience today. I had such high expectations for you guys.

We went to The Sugar Factory today, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. We wanted to order several appetizers, but they were conveniently out of half of them. Service was slow, and the drinks were way too sour.
Between appetizers and our main course, it took about 40–50 minutes for our food to come out — and everything was room temperature by the time it did. They even forgot one of our guest’s meals entirely, and by then we were just over it and told them to cancel the order.
This place is extremely overhyped, overpriced, and definitely not worth it. I’ve had $500 meals that were 10,000x better than this. Hard pass.

We planned our dining experience to celebrate my 13 year old daughter's birthday. We had a reservation and arrived with our party of 12. We waited 10 minutes to be sat- no big deal. We ordered drinks and apps. We were told they were out of mozzarella sticks, we ordered 3 orders of pretzels and we were told they ran out and could only give us 2. My friend and I ordered wine, and we were told they were out. We all ordered food. It came out in phases, with the exception of one entree. That one was delivered after I complained, and it came out after everyone was finished. I asked our server for ketchup and salad dressing four times. I asked about singing to my daughter and the server replied "you still want to do that?" We ordered dessert, it came out with no utensils to eat it. The manager "addressed" all of our issues and comped a portion of our bill. Overall, it was a disaster. We will not be back.

Horrible experience. Food came out cold, some of which tasted as if it wasn't cooked and other food that was overcooked. They didn't have coffee for brunch and the restaurant was an ice box. Waste of money and bad experience overall.

We had a couple things that made our experience less than perfect, discussed said experience with Matthew the manager and he was extremely receptive and understanding of our experience. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism and have to give a big shout out to our waitress Marine for treating us with such kindness.
