Sugar Factory - Orlando

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences my party has ever had.
The food was disgusting and came out at completely different times. Multiple food items were missing, and instead of fixing the issue properly, the server tried to bring the missing dishes while we were already paying the bill — far too late.
The buffalo wings tasted strongly of perfume or chemicals, making them completely inedible. The spinach artichoke dip was extremely sour, as if it had gone bad. We were also charged for ribeye steaks, yet one member of our party was served a New York strip instead, which is unacceptable given the price point.
To make matters worse, every single person in our party felt sick afterward. Multiple people experienced stomach aches and diarrhea once we returned to the hotel. That is extremely concerning and suggests serious food safety issues.
Based on this experience, there needs to be a health inspector sent to this location to check food handling and storage. For a restaurant with these prices and this reputation, this level of carelessness is shocking.
Save your money and your health! do not eat here.

Service was bad, the food all came out at different times. So our food was cold when we waited for others to eat. Never got refills on water and drinks came out late

I have been to this establishment a few times over the years and used to love it. The unique atmosphere and drink items are what I enjoyed so much about it. Unfortunately, every time I go the service seems to get worse. Today we went and not only was the hostess absent minded and rude, but she also found us hilarious and laughed in our faces when we asked to be seated. As we waited for our table, we sat at the completely empty bar. Attempted to order drinks but was completely ignored by a group of 3 workers standing in the corner - we left. This is so very disappointing as I previously recommended this place every time I come into town. I will not be returning again.

Not only was the hostess condescending and told us to wait at the bar for our table without getting any information the service was terrible. We were the only people sitting at the bar, got a menu right away but when trying to order the bartender just looked at us as if we were not there. Tried multiple times to order but she just looked away while standing in the corner not helping anyone. Told the hostess we were leaving only to be laughed at. Was excited to try the drinks but will never go back.

The vibe was okay. It seemed everyone was there for a birthday celebration, but you have to pay for them to play a song and bring ice cream to the birthday person. Our service was terrible. 2 guests in our party didn't receive their food and one of our guests' food was uncooked when brought out. Definitely not worth the money. Food was just okay and way overpriced. Alcohol is drinks too sugary and can't taste any liquor. Wouldn't go back.

Some of the best burgers 🍔 EVER! My friends loved the salmon & chicken/pasta!
The goblet drinks are single person or sharable. Make sure to ask for Leti, because she's SO AWESOME! She makes great recommendations on food & drinks.

Leti our waitress was amazing! From the time we walked in, she kept us laughing and her recommendations for food and drinks were on point. I will definitely be coming back.

Omg! Leti, the owner, and ALL the crew here was 100% fantastic! The Atmosphere and energy they gave us totally matched the food and DRINKS! I'm still in shock!!! I will always patronize THE Sugar Factory!

The service was okay and the food was okay. We went to celebrate birthdays but everyone wanted to leave after we ate dinner.

Sugar Factory the name says it all! The Place looks like a Club/Lounge the service is bad, on the door the one that acknowledges us was the bartender and the lady that supposed to sit us was texting on her phone and dint acknowledge us till we said “Hi”
Our waitress neglected our table, refilling the soda late and making adjustments to our food that he never did when the food was at out table, we ordered Fried Calamari that hen never put in and when the food arrived we ask him and he said “He forgot”. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger nothing from the other world, my son grabbed Alfredo pasta meh, my husband and dad burgers and they were okay. N E V E R - A G A I N ✨
