Sugar Factory - Orlando

Terrible experience. Drinks have no alcohol in them. The food was not good both for quality or taste. Music so loud you can't talk. Same 5 songs on loop. Not even good. And way too expensive.

Floors are so filthy it feels like a slip and slide. Mediocre food. My $52 drink came out as something complete different. One milkshake came out wrong also and one forgotten altogether. If you like loud, dirty, overpriced food...definitely visit the Orlando location. Tampa was a great experience which is why I was eager to take my son while we were in Orlando. Very disappointed!

We made a large reservation (12) for my daughter's volleyball team dinner out. The parents didn't join due to lack of seating but both coaches did. Parents ended up eating elsewhere and I'm so glad we did. I never leave negative reviews. I actually feel bad about leaving this one. But the food was inedible and actually terrible. The manager did nothing to fix the various problems with the actual order (example: Coach wanted onions for his burger but restaurant ran out of onions). If he knew he would've ordered another option as he doesn't enjoy burgers without this basic ingredient. Manager refused to take burger off the bill. Girls were all hungry and feeling ill after this experience. So bummed.

Nacho was an excellent server. He was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was fun and exciting. My son enjoyed celebrating his 14th birthday with his friend there.

The restaurant was short staffed and they only had 1 server handling a table of over 20. , plus my table and multiple other tables. Waited over 20 minutes to be able to order the cocktails and food. At end of meal, check was completely wrong and we were overcharged close to 200 dollars over our bill. We caught the error and it took longer to get bill voided and redone. This place needs improvements, a bit deteriorated in appearance. Will not be returning. Server was very polite but overwhelmed.

The service was so quick! The food was great! It got super loud at times because of all the birthdays but it's just part of the vibe, so it a fun! 10/10.

Our waiter and the staff were amazing. The restaurant did not appear to be taken care of. The food was not good.

Food was mediocre. Price was not worth it. The service was slow wasn't packed with a lot of empty tables.

Pricey for just okay food. Drinks and desserts not worth it. Music too loud, kids screaming- hyped up on suger & loud music. Restaurant felt dirty, needs deep cleaning and refresh

I wouldn't return to this location. Had many issues and management couldn't careless. 2nd time here also. Will be writing a letter to corporate.

Service was very quick almost too quick like they could not cook or properly heat up what we ordered in the amount of time it took to get our food. Portions were pretty large but quality of food was not good maybe people come here for the desserts I don't know it was my first time there. We got some fancy milkshakes but also not sure if on purpose or not but the milkshakes were all melty and barely cold, they tasted okay but with was like drinking heavy cream with some topping blended in.

The food and milkshakes were much better than I expected; however, the service was sub-par. It looked as if they had low staff with a party. We had a reservation, so that made the lack of attention a little frustrating. There was no air conditioning, just open doors, which was not refreshing on a hot day. The bathrooms are also gross.

This place sucked!!! It's overrated and everything was dirty. Our waitress was friendly but the rest of the staff were not. The food was ok and the drinks were not great. This place is a tourist trap and I guess if you are a Kardashian fan then knock yourself out. Regretful we had easter brunch here.

We arrived early for our reservation. Staff were so accommodating. And made our daughter's birthday and Easter weekend great!!

This place is run down so dirty in the inside we paid over 300 for food that nobody wanted to take home. I think this place is over rated and the food was nasty
