Sugar Factory - Orlando

It’s much more about the experience than the food. Pretty basic food served to look good but quality is lacking. Service in our case was horrible. No refills, got order wrong, and took forever. Might be part of the gig to keep you there longer to spend money on a novelty dessert or experience.

Was really excited to bring my sister here for her 21st birthday, because you guys are known for your specialty drinks. When I got there I wasn’t greeted properly a smile and an how you doing will go a long way!! Once someone came to the first to greet us I was asked if I had a reservation in a very empty restaurant. I asked the lady did we need reservations she said no then she proceeds to sit us. The serve took about 20 minutes just for us to get your drinks everything that wanted to order you guys didn’t have. The drink didn’t taste good i ordered a few other things but those items took forever so i canceled them and ask the server for the check. I was VERY VERY disappointed with our experience today. I had such high expectations for you guys.

We went to The Sugar Factory today, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. We wanted to order several appetizers, but they were conveniently out of half of them. Service was slow, and the drinks were way too sour.
Between appetizers and our main course, it took about 40–50 minutes for our food to come out — and everything was room temperature by the time it did. They even forgot one of our guest’s meals entirely, and by then we were just over it and told them to cancel the order.
This place is extremely overhyped, overpriced, and definitely not worth it. I’ve had $500 meals that were 10,000x better than this. Hard pass.

We had a couple things that made our experience less than perfect, discussed said experience with Matthew the manager and he was extremely receptive and understanding of our experience. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism and have to give a big shout out to our waitress Marine for treating us with such kindness.

This place has gone downhill since they opened. At first, when you open the door it feels like the restaurant is about to go out of business, we though it was actually closed. Dirty doors, empty jars of candy, no cupcakes at the desert display.
Food… got an overpriced burger and it looked nothing like the picture… the bun just crumbled and I had to use a fork after just 1 bite. Kids got pasta Alfredo, could not finish it, was watery and no flavor at all.
Please save your money, there are plenty of restaurants open around… you will be dissatisfied with all. We will never come back.

The worst experience ever it was my sisters birthday so we went out to eat for lunch. The place was dead we were the only ones there. We ordered our food and they had to keep coming back to the table because they were out of everything we ordered and some of the food was stale. Then we got the check and they didn’t even comp anything off besides $20 so we paid over $100 for a horrible experience. I was so excited to go there because my sister has never been but i definitely won’t be back. I’ve never left I review before but I just had to because it was that bad. I’m so disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our family has been going to Icon Park for the past 3-4 years. We decided to give Sugar Factory a try. Let’s just say one and done. The workers at this facility are SO RUDE! HAD A RESERVATION AT 7:30. Didn’t get sat until 8:15. Spent over 275 dollars for appetizers and “the experience”. But hey, if you want to pay 20-30 dollars for someone to sing your 19 year old kid happy birthday, have your food come out late and cold, have your waitress ask you “why your are ordering appetizers” and then state “I only charged you 17% for a tip, you need to add more”. IM SO DISAPPOINTED. SUGAR FACTORY DO BETTER!! Our family will be sticking to Ole Red and Yard House. Affordable food and AMAZING staff!!!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday with music, yummy food and great service. The atmosphere was so upbeat and all the guests were having a great time. Our faves were chicken and waffles, foot long mozzarella stick and the cookie skillet. Our server, Patrick, did a fantastic job of explaining the menu and being attentive to our table. We will be back again.

You see food images on Instagram, and how mouthwatering are they? Their food presentation and taste are just like that. Very fancy yet delicious. There are many such restaurants, but this place is the obvious winner.

Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. His name is David. He was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks David for the wonderful care given to us. Forever repeat customers!

The server was ok cuz he didn't ask if we want a1 steak sauce for our steak dinner. He also forgot few things as we had to remind him several time. Also charged us for another salad and fries on ticket. The ribeyes steak coast almost 40 bucks each for me and my daughter as it was not worth the price as it taste flat with no seasoning on it. Kinda overcharged us for dinner

This was a awful experience! Took my children here for a fun time we sat for over 30 minutes waiting with a empty dining room received cold food some raw onion rings told they were out of specialty things after they were ordered my daughter's 4 cheese grilled cheese was uncooked american cheese I could Lift the slice right off when we brought this to the manager the only reply he gave was thanks for telling me not sure why I expected anything more from a manager constantly on his phone sitting at the tables with other staff but at least take the raw food off the bill or apologize huge disappointment

We had an amazing milkshake and a knock your socks off mudslide martini!! Also had the place all to ourselves, we stopped in early bird evening so we got lucky, we had all the waitstaff and an awesome bartender for just us!! We are visiting the area for Halloween Horror Nights and just popped in!! I’ve always wanted to come to the sugar factory and they did not disappoint!
