First time here ordering on a friday night, had some family over and we wanted something quick. We got soggy fried dumplings, burnt chicken on a stick, cold egg rolls. Had some egg drop soup but didn't even want to bother trying it after attempting to eat these other items. They even missed an item in my order and I had to turn around. Only good thing was the sushi I ordered. My father-in-law and family are pretty upset. Would not recommend.

First time customers at Summer Palace . We Order two combination platters Lobster Sauce fried rice and vegetable egg rolls and chicken Teriyaki in addition an order of fried rice two soda drinks. The rice wasn’t fresh that was unhealthy unpleasant in my opinion that 🍚 rice was from three weeks old or probably more than a month that they reheat and serve to the customers or probably reused from others customers crumbs and re serving you!!!😱🙆🏼♀️🤮🍚in our case they don’t even reheated because they heat the main dish lobster sauce /Teriyaki chicken 🐔 but not side dish. The lamp over our table was full of dust the room temperature wasn’t comfortable instead the ac was off . smelling odors not so good the table was sticky not clean and smell . The soda was watery tastes seem dull out of flavor very flat . The service from a mature lady was nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was extremely relaxed the staff demeanor in a relaxed manner dressed with jeans a T-shirt with greasy face like the guy do not have time to cleanse himself since the restaurant opened until 8:30pm and the other lady too ,her hair looks to need a brush that she wake up this morning and someone call her to work unexpectedly or suddenly. The decor of the restaurant is old fashioned booth and long cushions some are broken down. Not inviting There not relaxing music on just a little tv on a corner on sport channel with volume turned off. Prices are affordable but that is what you receive non- existent quality. Definitely wasn’t a good experience.

Last time I order from here the general sal was great for awhile then out of nowhere it changed or sometimes it would be diffrent what makes this my last day really eating here is that if you come at night they will just give you left over rice that’s like reheated also the lady which is the owner will give attitude over the phone if you looking for something real try hong kong alley kitchen

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’m a pretty frequent customer, my family and I love to go here and I also occasionally go on my own. The owners now know me and treat me very good and are always very kind. They recently did me a huge favor when I was feeling somewhat ill, and from now on I will never accept or listen to anybody disliking this place and talking bad about it. On top of the exceptional service, the food is always FIRE and AMAZING. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We will NEVER be back. Husband didn’t like it the first time he tried lo mein there. Kids wanted subway which is next door so we said maybe they had an off day and tried again… nope the 🗑️ is consistent. I didn’t get a pic off the egg foo yung but it was inedible. I didn’t even want to give it to the dog it was so soggy and greasy. The “brown gravy” taste sweet and like it had Indian spices. Not the flavor I am used to nor did it help mask the disgusting food. The fried rice was crunchy and dry. Even the fortune cookie was stale and chewy. PINE GARDEN MAGIC PALACE, I’m so sorry we cheated on you, we will never make this mistake again.

Food was delicious. Place clean and inviting. Ordered there in oerson to take home. Worker taking order seemed preoccupied with last customer/ order. Asked if she needed a minute, but she said no go ahead. Well they messed up my order gave me shrimp fried rice when I ordered chicken and never once said the word shrimp. We also have a seafood allergy so very disappointing. Too far of a drive from avalon park to drive back. Also had a $40 order and they gave us 1 fortune cookie. I mean come on.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. My order was not done at, or near the estimated time of thirty minutes. When I arrived I was told they just got the order, the lady started to argue with me but then realized the order was placed when I said. They asked me to take a seat. I was told to move twice while I continued to wait. As I was sitting there another customer came in returning her food. She was a regular customer of theirs and was returning instead of exchanging. As the confrontation increased it came out that over the phone they had accused her of ordering the wrong thing. She calmly stated that she ordered what she normally does and they gave her the wrong item. They finally gave her a refund. After she left they proceeded to openly mock and complain about this customer that to their admission was a regular. This was done in front of the whole restaurant of full of customers.
The sushi chef was the cause of the delay in order preparation. He has one speed and that is slow. He was wandering around, not focused on his job and didn't seem to care that he was causing the back log of orders. When he finally finished our order, over an hour had passed. Thirty minutes of that I spent sitting there watching him.
This place does have good food but they need lessons in customer service and job efficiency.
