Although the food is usually fantastic tonight their customer service sucked. I placed order on Uber Eats for PICK UP not delivery. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told it was already picked up. How is that possible when I placed order for pick up by ME! You mean y’all handed the wrong order out and should be responsible for replacing my order. It’s not like I ordered delivery and it never came. I personally came to pick up my own order and y’all couldn’t even pass out food correctly. Then I was told “oh well”. Take it up with uber? Why am I taking it up with u et when y’all are the ones who clearly messed up. Completely unprofessional and employees were very rude once they realized THEY MADE THE MISTAKE!!!
