I am regular patron in every sense, it’s not an exaggeration to say I used to come here just about every day for the past five years, the food and staff are great. Over the years the way SusHi has been nickel and diming every add on, making customizations a bit tedious, and now the way they’ve changed the reward system to greatly limit what they can be used on has passed a point that I unfortunately cannot support.

Most of the reviews I would consider to be outdated, severely disappointed by the decisions made by corporate.

This place 9 times out of 10 does amazing! I only docked a star because occasionally an order is messed up but this is not often (I go there a lot and I understand training/being busy). Staff are very friendly and the food tastes great/seems fresh.

Sensei vix was fantastic at helping me placing my order tonight. The place is clean and she was so efficient at keeping orders coming out as customers came in. The entire team tonight was fantastic! Sense vix even took a moment to come over and tell me happy birthday since she heard it was my birthday. Definitely would recommend this location and will continue to come especially if the team is this efficient. This is clearly all thanx to the person in charge of this team tonight.

Got the Chicken sushi roll, tastes delicious.

The food was delicious, although the portion sizes were quite small. I visited with my family, and while the menu is modern and displayed on screens, I noticed it lacks a language selection option, which made it challenging for some family members who only speak Spanish. I would appreciate it if they could add this feature for better accessibility. I want to express my gratitude to the employees Garu and Mi for their outstanding service; they were exceptionally kind and helpful!

I liked the place and its decoration, I tried the new lava roll sushi and now it is one of my favorites, it was well presented and delicious. I like that they speak Spanish. The employee Garu helped me and explained the dishes to me very well. She was very friendly. In general, they have very good customer service.

Yesterday, I was having a pretty hard day during class at the VC, I saw in TikTok a burrito with cheetos that I needed to try. While I was ordering my Cheet day burrito, a ninja called Garu helped me with the order, she was so gentle and kind that I remember how custummer service should it be XD?

Each bowl comes with 3 proteins for about 17$ and they decide to only include 2 proteins. With minimal of the two. While the salmon was discolored, old and mushy. Awful place

Tried the new Lava roll. Tasted great, but very small portion. For $14 it needs to be bigger if you want your people to also get a tip..

Staff was on their phones, not happy to be there. and I didn’t get a “hey ninja” ): so definitely no tip.

I’ll stick to getting rolls at Publix

First things first, I love the packaging! Super creative and fun. My spouse and I got the SUSHIROLL, party on my mouth bowl, miso soup and the beignets, everything was so good and fresh. The beignets are soft and fluffy and airy.

We arrived here and the ambiance was very decorative and amazing, the costumer service was great as we where greeted as we walked in, I order two rice bowls with chicken tempura and spicy crab and shrimp, with tempura flakes and sweet and spicy sauce, I also ordered loaded rice tots with crab meat…the food was SPECTACULAR!
