Plan on being here 45+ mins to get food. Worth it tho cus it’s delicious and lots to do in the building!! Video games, board games, chalking, couches.

Please staff more employees. Currently here waiting for more than 45 minutes for one bowl. Store filled with over 16 people waiting on orders longer than I have. Very disappointing.

Extremely dissapointed.
I came in on Halloween. After paying for my order, they tell me the dessert i selected was not available.
They offered to swap it out, but unfortunately anything else they had wasn't something I found appetizing.
Then they tried giving me a store credit. But this was a 1 occasion thing. So I knew i wasn't coming back, so I asked if they can just refund it.
The cashier had to speak with their manager. And after it all, they only asked for my name and phone number. Which is weird.
All business, just do the refund right there and then. And give you a refund receipt. We'll they didn't here.
I asked for a refund receipt to keep record. I noticed the receipt they handed to me was just the receipt of my order when I paid for it only.
They said it will take 3 to 5 business days for me to receivemy refund. Yet I have not received a refund.
I do not recommend anyone to come here at all. And if they do, I recommend asking them before hand if anything they want to order is available, before paying.
This is horrible business. Its called stealing. I will definitely give them a call tomorrow. I tried being patient, its about to be 2 weeks in a few days!!! I know, no refund takes that long.

Their fried burritos are so delicious! Please open more locations in other States. Hint, hint: anywhere near a Slim Chickens or Sheetz Gas Station would be a good starting point outside of FL. 🤩😉

My boyfriend and I came into town for EDCO and we ended up eating here two nights in a row. We tried the sushi bowls, miso soup, and the sushi rolls. Everything was so good and tasted fresh, including the sauces. It’s also really nice that they’re open until 2 am since we got back from the venue pretty late. We will definitely eat here again when we are back in town!

My Best Friend and I enjoyed ourselves while dining here for lunch. It’s soooo much to choose from so we both purchased different things to try. Everything is made fresh to order. The wait is not long and line stayed consistent. I’m very much pleased with everything we ate. Pictures are uploaded as well. Staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I will be back later this week with my husband. I truly enjoyed myself.

What an incredible place, and to be open so late here is amazing. The best place to go to after everything else closes so early. Food is made so good, and the customization for the food is top tier. Build your own anything. The menu is huge but very easy to understand. Gaming consoles in the middle and board games to play while you wait or just hang out. Food is so good. Lively crowd even late into the night.

Why can’t customers be refunded by the manager on duty? You have to submit a request to an online queue to be approved by someone else? That seems very silly, almost as silly as a 30+ min wait for food with no warning for the person ringing up in store that the kitchen was backed up. It felt like I was held hostage waiting for my food because nobody was able to give me a refund. The employees were all otherwise perfectly polite and I could see that they were working hard.

I’m not trying to be difficult, I just wanted a refund and a return receipt. :(

Ordering with uber eats, twice now they have put white sauce instead of the requested vegan white sauce. I’m allergic so I couldn’t eat my meal.. :/ so disappointing

Charged waaaaay too much. I paid full price for a roll and only got half. There were no chopsticks nor napkins in the bag. They stapled the bag before I could even look at the food. I ordered in house for takeaway. I’m really unhappy with the service (non existent) and there is NO VALUE for the dollar
