Why can’t customers be refunded by the manager on duty? You have to submit a request to an online queue to be approved by someone else? That seems very silly, almost as silly as a 30+ min wait for food with no warning for the person ringing up in store that the kitchen was backed up. It felt like I was held hostage waiting for my food because nobody was able to give me a refund. The employees were all otherwise perfectly polite and I could see that they were working hard.

I’m not trying to be difficult, I just wanted a refund and a return receipt. :(

Tried it out for first time, now I'm hooked. Great flavor awesome staff. Alley cat guided me thru the menu like a boss. Selected which is now my new favorite. Hi' ly recommend

Ordering with uber eats, twice now they have put white sauce instead of the requested vegan white sauce. I’m allergic so I couldn’t eat my meal.. :/ so disappointing

Charged waaaaay too much. I paid full price for a roll and only got half. There were no chopsticks nor napkins in the bag. They stapled the bag before I could even look at the food. I ordered in house for takeaway. I’m really unhappy with the service (non existent) and there is NO VALUE for the dollar

Ordered a ‘Fry Me a River’ Burrito, requested Avocado be added. Someone clearly forgot to add the avocado while making it, saw it was supposed to have avocado on it while packing it up, so they just threw a whole avocado in the bag. Funny as hell, 10/10, can’t even be mad. Food is so good.

Good food, but pretty awful at getting orders out the door. There's always a crowd waiting in line and for online orders. Don't come during lunch.

While waiting for my order, I overheard a staff member with a beard and top bun talking to a pickup driver. Bearded staff member with a top bun said, “Whether I’m fast or slow, I get paid the same. Why rush? Let the orders wait. Cancel if you don’t like it.” Unbelievable attitude! Zero respect for customers. He openly admitted to delaying orders just because he’s paid hourly. Absolutely unacceptable. No customer care, no professionalism. I do not recommend this place at all.
