Charged waaaaay too much. I paid full price for a roll and only got half. There were no chopsticks nor napkins in the bag. They stapled the bag before I could even look at the food. I ordered in house for takeaway. I’m really unhappy with the service (non existent) and there is NO VALUE for the dollar
Living in this neighborhood for almost 8 years, didn’t know about this place until coincidentally watched a TikTok and seemed appealing. Stopped by at a Sunday for an early dinner. Was first time and had no idea what to order. Stood at the touch screen and had no clue about the size and quantity. When asked for help from staff, didn’t get much help.
Anyway, ordered what I pictured and found a table to eat. Had to clean the table from previous customers. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, finally the food arrived. It seems they concentrated more on delivery orders more than store customers.
Food came and was shocked about the size. Was good food while I was hungry. Took the remaining food home against my normal practice.
For me, it’s a one time try but I don’t think I’ll be a fan or repeat customer. You can try and find out for yourself.
Easy online ordering and pick up system. We love the selections and that we can build our own bowls and sushi rolls. Everything tastes fresh and amazing. We love the white sauce and the sweet soy sauce. It compliments the meals very well. Overall great food, quick and friendly service.
I love poke bowl. You can create your own poke bowl with several ingredients options
Im so mad I spent my time and money here, I bought the burrito (“the best seller”) with tuna salmon and crab i added avocado for a price, I shared it with a friend and my half only had crab, rice and edamame basically, and the other half was all the fish, you’re supposed to make both pieces even, we spent like $35 in total and I was so frustrated because also it was extremely oily like it was dripping from my hand. I don’t know it can be done so much better. I just won’t go back there.
Delicious every single time!! They have so many vegan options, and make it super easy for us to order as well.
I came here with a few friends and was the first to order and it took a long time to be served, My friends got their food before me. In any case a very dry apology was made but the food compensated as it tasted amazing. I definitely recommend one of their sushi burritos.
I ordered an offer via UberEats after being discharged from the hospital, and they sent me one bowl instead of the two they have in the promotion. When I called them to explain the situation, they said, “I'm sorry,” and did not deliver the second bowl. I set the order at 5:23 p.m. and received the meal at 6:51 p.m. Don't trust their “promotion.”

We both got the regular make your own bowls. My partner got all the goods in it while, I put salmon and tempura shrimp in mine.. I only got 5 pieces of salmon (literally it was 5 pieces) and one shrimp. Not the curled up ones, I'm talking about the ones that are long. I only got one. For the add on, I didn't really see that it was worth it. But despite the very small amount of protein, the bowl in itself was really good. I got bacon in mine and oh, it was just tasty AF.
The staff were all a bunch of dorks but it made the atmosphere more chill than weird and awkward. (We were the only ones there for food). The cream sodas they have, hoo! The vanilla one was sooo good.
Oh, I got the spring rolls and those were SOO good. I was craving more of them after they were gone. You got 4 good size rolls for 6$. Not too bad. (And crazy good).
It was very clean, service was pretty good (excluding my missing amounts of fish), and the food was damn yummy. Recommend.
Parking: It's in a bit of a weird location.

I went to this place wanting to eat sushi, I ordered something basic, 2 rolls, the taste wasn't that bad, but they served them to me on a tray with a paper, which resulted in the rolls sticking to the paddle making it difficult to eat, every time you tried to grab a roll it fell apart, the rice was not compact and if you add to that the fact that they stuck to the paper you know what the result is, after this 2 people came in from the street, one of them without washing his hands started cooking, took something out of some bags, took it with his hand and put it to fry, it disgusted me. I won't go back, I don't recommend them. NO LOS RECOMIENDO, salí con ganas de vomitar después de ver semejante cochinada, aparte ni platos te ponen para comer!

Food was so great! Everything I got in my bowl was super fresh. Only thing is be prepared to wait longer than you expect for the food to be ready. Food is well worth the wait!

I got food poisoning after eating a regular bowl with spicy crab. One hour after eating there I started having chills, fever, Headaches and bowel problems. It’s my last time eating there. Food poisoning not a joke.

Ubered some take out last night and my bowl was super disappointing. Had about 4 tiny pieces of salmon, a sprinkle of crab. $20 bucks for pretty much brown rice is wild. Luckily it was buy one get one on Uber special but probably will never again order a bowl from here because the price for one with the amount of salmon and crab is a little disappointing. I don’t leave negative reviews ever…

For a takeout order, I ordered a small bowl (choice of two proteins). They gave me four pieces of chicken.
I am absolutely shocked and disappointed.
I used to absolutely love Sus HI and went there frequently, but I’ve been extremely disappointed with my last few visits, and it’s really sad. I ordered a poke bowl twice (separate occasions) and both times, the fish was forgotten. The first time, I had to drive back to the restaurant, and while they were kind enough to correct the mistake, it was disappointing. The next time I ordered, I got sushi rolls along with a poke bowl, and the smell of the fish was awful—honestly, it was the worst sushi I’ve ever had and have ever ate there. I also noticed that the portion of fish in the poke bowl has gotten ridiculously small. At this point, you’re better off ordering a sushi roll to get your money’s worth or going to another sushi restaurant.
I haven’t been back since, and it’s really sad because I used to enjoy this place so much. The customer service is still great, and the environment is always welcoming, but I just can’t justify paying premium prices for subpar food and skimpy portions anymore.
