Sus Hi Eatstation - Lake Nona

I walked in here as a delivery driver just to pick up an order and when I walked away with the order, at least one guy and maybe two started barking in my direction and laughing. It kind of just threw my sense off for a second and then I just kind of kept walking. Either way that was not cool and I think they knew it was 9:58 PM and they were just closing and there wasn’t much I could do just processing the moment but of course I just decided to let go but that’s just ugly staff practice. It puts your business in danger.

1st timers my kids and I decided that we work on a try something different every week can we try the mac and cheese burrito and it was off the chain. SO DELICIOUS WE GIVE IT 10/10...WE WILL RETURN SOON 🤗💯👍

I got two poke bowls from this establishment and the protein in the bowls was done very poorly and with small portions. The salmon and tuna tasted funky, the tofu was dry and not in the crunchy way, and their lettuce was awful

I’ve been to Sus Hi Eatstation a few times and generally, the food is pretty solid. I’ve tried several bowls, burritos, and appetizers, and most of it is tasty and consistent. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed with the service. The crew on shift seemed more focused on goofing around than on customers. They were slapping butts and playing with food right in front of people waiting for their orders, which felt unprofessional.

When they were preparing our edamame, they over-poured the seasoning and tried to shake it off over the trash can, but then decided to just drench it in oil instead—definitely not the kind of attention to detail I want when it comes to food prep. It was a bit unsettling to witness, and honestly, it took away from the experience.

Food is usually on point here, but the service this time didn’t match up. Hoping this was just an off day for the staff.

I absolutely love coming here but usually to-go. My favorite is the crab and shrimp with cold noodles. The only part that hasn't changed in the past years is the service. No one has ever greeted me when I walked in whether I'm alone or in a group. I know that we have to order using the computer screens but no one talks to you or smiles. Usually the workers are talking to each other. You have to get their attention if you want something. This has been like this just about every time I go.

i stopped in after seeing good reviews online, but my experience was pretty disappointing. ordering on the tablet was fine, but the two staff members at the front spent most of the time chatting with each other. when i asked a question about the menu, the girl at the counter answered with attitude, and while making my food she kept talking over it, which honestly felt unsanitary. when i finally got my order, she was still standoffish and rude.

as for the food, it really wasn’t the best. the rolls were prepared sloppily — the slices were so thin they had no structure, and everything kept falling apart when i tried to eat it with chopsticks. i ended up finishing the rest with a fork and spoon, which is wild for sushi.

overall, between the poor service and the poorly made food, i wouldn’t return.

I just ordered some food from this restaurant on Uber eats. I ordered a salmon burrito with no spicy mayo and they sent it with spicy mayo.

I had such a great experience at Sushi Hi Station in Lake Nona! The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The menu has a great variety, from creative specialty rolls to classic favorites, and everything tasted high quality. Service was quick, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend it to anyone in Lake Nona.

Me and my husband are in love with sus hi station we always get bowls and my husbands all time favorite is party in my mouth and we never get tired of coming!! Absolutely recommend!!!! Delicious and the employees are great!

I usually come here and enjoy the sushi bowls or rolls. Lately I have noticed the quality decreasing. Today was the nail on the coffin, the rice was overcooked and gooey like glue, I didn’t even eat one piece before spitting out. The chicken was hard and stale. It tasted like chewing through hard cardboard. For a 10 dollar roll it seemed like a scam. It’s a shame because this used to be my favorite place for unique sushi rolls. Never will go again and do not recommend.
