Sus Hi Eatstation - Millenia

I didn’t know what I was expecting but went here and there were a ton of different options. Two types of tofu and very well labeled vegan items. Even a section just dedicated to vegan options. I made my own bowl with rice, tofu, and veggies and also added a vegan white sauce. It was SO DELICIOUS & FILLING. I didn’t even finish my entire meal and I came into the restaurant famished. A great choice for vegans in the area

The food was pretty good but there was such a long wait for my order even though I called ahead. Maybe I caught them on a bad night but the hostess was disinterested and moving at snail pace while the person preparing food was hustling to get everyone's order out. I appreciate the vegan options and will probably give them another chance one day.

I love this place and miss it from my college days. The menu has been updated to more apps and noodle dishes. I chose my usual roll which includes tofu, avocado and cheese. I usually come order my food from this place. Whenever the older guy is there, my food is mediocre. He just put me some tempura chicken that have been fried long time ago, he put it in the oil to reheat it again. It looks burnt from the outside and dry from the inside like it was yesterday's. I paid full for my meal, it wasn't under any discount or offer. Please retrain that old guy working there. Thank you.

I love this place!! Food is so fresh, tasty and friendly staff. And when I order on Uber Eats, love the promos!! I recommend the Salmon Burrito!!

I had the worst experience here ever! Visited this place on April 24th and it’s here the 28th and I’m still down bad! The food was good at the time I was eating it, but hours later it took a turn for the worst! Ruined my whole vacation! Idk what’s in the food but I’ll never be back! I just want my system back to normal!

The food is absolutely delicious, no doubt about it. However, the service was terrible. There was a woman at the register with long hair and an unfriendly expression who treated us with a lot of attitude. We chose to pay our $47 bill in cash, and without even checking, she immediately said she didn’t have change. My wife politely asked her to check the register, and guess what? She did have change — she just didn’t want to do her job.

The place was also dirty, with glass surfaces clearly neglected and unclean. It’s obvious that this restaurant is in desperate need of a good manager. Such a shame, because the food really is wonderful.

Shoutout to Kevin and Shiz and all the staff. Hard working, excellent attitudes and the place is never dirty. I’m impressed as someone who has their food handlers license and former restaurant manager as all the staff seems to be young. Highly recommend the place because of the staff and food. 10/10 loyal customer all the way. Everyone is kind and welcoming they all deserve a raise.

Every single time we’ve ordered from this Sus Hi Eatstation they’re CONSISTENTLY late on online orders. They’re never done when stated in online orders and you’d expect things to be done when stated but when you show up EVERY time and asked to wait “another five” minutes when in actually it’s been 10+ AFTER the stated order pickup. Ridiculous. They also always seem to have full staff and each time we’ve ordered in the past the folks eating in have been at most 5 people. This current visit there’s only 3 folks eating in. I was just handed the order to go and it’s about 20 minutes after the posted pickup time.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. It’s sad to see how much it has declined. At some point, they changed the bowl sizes. All three bowls—small, regular and large—are much smaller than they used to be. You don’t get the portion size you used to. But the really annoying part is how they have cheated out on the silverware. They always used plastic, disposable forks. But they switch to these ultra cheap forks that are so flimsy you literally cannot eat with them. Instead of picking up a fork full of rice the food just bends the fork backwards. I had to break apart the rice with my fingers in order to get the fork to pick it up. Otherwise, the fork just bends. it’s a shame. Because the food is decent, but you can’t eat it when they provide you such ridiculous silverware. Maybe if you’re taking it to go and eating it at home with your own silverware. But I’m not dining in here anymore.

We've been here a few times and really like the sushi burritos! It would be nice if they had Sriracha or a better hot sauce the one they have is very mild, our friend even pointed out we were using it like ketchup.

This place is cute! We ordered through the self-service kiosk and the food took a while to be ready, to be fair they were very busy. The food was great!! Only issue was that the food area where they make things was very messy and dirty, didn’t seem like they keep it clean throughout the day and that worried me because of the raw fish that stays there…. Other than that everything else was fine. OMG the tempura burrito thing was AMAZING.
