Fantastic food. Huge portions. Good price for what you get. Great food selection. Plenty of alternatives for all diets. Wait time is way too long. Even ordering ahead on the app they went past estimated time. The sushi bowls amazing but sushi roll was essentially a bowl on a plate. Required spoon to eat. So food great execution horrible. Store is moderately clean but bathroom has not seen a cleaning solution since they opened. Still would recommend eating here

So good! I usually get the rice bowls but the new chilled noodle bowl with shrimp and crab is sooo refreshing. Perfect for summer🦀🍤🍜

Charged waaaaay too much. I paid full price for a roll and only got half. There were no chopsticks nor napkins in the bag. They stapled the bag before I could even look at the food. I ordered in house for takeaway. I’m really unhappy with the service (non existent) and there is NO VALUE for the dollar

Love this sushi concept, food was delicious but it took a while to be prepared and a little more on the expensive side. But nevertheless it was a good experience and we would come here again ❤️

Food was amazing, except my avocado in my bowl was hard as a rock. Must not have been ripe.

Been coming here for years. In the last year we have seen the prices go up and the service go down - altho this is an issue everywhere. My biggest issue and reason for only 1 star would be their point system. Pre-covid we used to go in all the time, and I had tons of points. Last year I went in and had almost 200 points. We started ordering mostly through Ubereats. I asked a manager last year how to still get points - she advised by commenting in UberEats with my number and requesting points. We order from this place almost every week, and every time the employee comments on the receipt that points were given. My husband went 2 weeks ago into the place thinking we had tons of points - and turns out they switched systems - the system couldn't find my number or points. The lady working said they would look into it. I went today and still no account and NO points. They took down my name and number and said they would look into it AGAIN, and said they would honor my points from todays order. I am guessing if my account doesn't exist - no one has been giving me points these last few months. Not impressed with service. Interested to see if anyone actually calls or updates my account....

***Update - I was called and told my account was updated. However, I went today and my account still doesn't exist. Awful!!

*** In response to the message below - I did email Sensei Sama - and still have not received a response to my email....

*** Thought I'd give this place another try. They still seem to fall short on customer service.

This place serves great food, but the quality has become wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you’ll get a fantastic meal, other times it’s disappointing, and the letdowns are becoming more frequent. I don’t know what changed over the past couple of years, but consistency has taken a serious hit.

Everytime I place an online order, I come exactly at the time it should be ready, yet I’m always waiting inside for another 20 minutes. However, this time my food was wrong, I got the custom burrito and there was no tuna in it, mind you it’s 90 cents extra for it, as well as none of the 3 sauces I ordered. Honestly really annoying, because everytime it’s something with this location.
