I almost felt sorry for paying just $20.95 for ayce sushi during lunch time. My expectation for $20.95 ayce sushi was pretty low, but I was dead wrong. Servers were very hospitable and attentive. It took a while to get my sushi (presented in a beautiful boat), because I ordered too much!
I witnessed 7 sushi chefs constantly banging out sushi and rolls during lunch time. It did not look sustainable. So I dined here again 2 days after. Before the quality deteriorates inevitably when every Universal visitors found out about this place.
If somehow this place maintains its current quality and the pricing, then I will declare Sushi Yama the top 3 AYCE restaurant in Orlando.

I went with my partner to have dinner at this restaurant, which we arrived at 7, it took about 5 minutes for them to sit us at a table, up to there everything was fine, until a girl with a bad attitude and disinterest in serving us started to serve us, she took the order and the food took 30 minutes to arrive, all of this keeping in mind that the people who arrived much later than us already had their food before us, the girl was never attentive to us, she didn't even refill our water once, then when we finally managed to get the girl's attention 15 minutes after eating, we asked for a second round and it took another 30 minutes to bring the food, and again the tables around us were still receiving food while we were not, when the food finally arrived we ate and finished eating at 8:10 the girl did not appear at the table at any time and we politely asked one of her co-workers for the bill which he ignored us and he never gave it to us and we waited another 30 minutes for the bill and then the girl finally appeared and asked us if we needed anything and we told her that we needed the bill and it took her another good while to give it to us, the truth is we were very upset with this service and experience that was offered to us, the place was very nice and the food was very delicious and we had gone by recommendation but what happened tonight left such a bad experience that we will not return.

The food is good but beware the prices listed on their menu are not correct . We ordered the lunch specials and we were charged more , when we picked up the orders and asked for a more updated menu price they told us that it is updated . Clearly it is not updated , as they are charging more than what is advertised

Restaurant was not crowded, however our food was delayed for 27 minutes. Then multiple issues with 4 guests orders. I have spend over $1,000 in this restaurant. After meeting with there ("owner") I will never go back to the facility as they tried to make ammendments, 1 hour after we did not receive our food. This is not a local restaurant, it is for tourists who just don't care to write a review.
