Interesting that it has so many stars, this is quite strange. Shrimp Shumai without dipping sauce, and the rolls while made to order taste like fridge. I guess this is 100% gear to ppl who will never return… like me

I came here to grab a bite with a few friends and Jassen and his crew took great care of us. They all greeted us when we walked in which was super nice and made us all feel welcome. We ordered the Gigabyte Sushi Platter and not only was the service speedy and great, the sushi came out fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this spot and will certainly return.

Salmon C.C. was great, and so was the Spider. Their Rainbow roll is probably one of the best I've had in a long time from anywhere, nothing fancy, just perfect, and made how it should be.
Sushiology is quaint and quiet. The food was fresh, and the prices were affordable.
This was the perfect decision for us after a long day at the parks.
Parking: Tucked away between hotels and a short walk from the outlet stores, nearby.

No wonder they’ve been in business since 2003! Their dishes are reasonably priced, the quality is OUTSTANDING, and our sushi was fresh and brought to us in MINUTES. Really appreciate that you can order individual nigiri pieces (look, sometimes you just want 1 piece of eel, ok?). I can’t wait to return!l and bring friends!!!
