We got two pizza waffles and they were completely inedible. Not only were they cold, but they were absolutely disgusting… Not even the marinara can help that taste. It was such a waste of $30. 😭 we took one bite and had to throw away all of it. Skip this place 1000 times over.!!! it’s just a money grab

The pretzel was tough, but the green cheese was fine. The gingerbread man was a little better though. They weren't gumdrops, but they were tasty. Not sure why he was so happy about being eaten.

I will never ever trust a Tik Tok influencer again when it comes to food. The “Shrekzel” has been hyped up all over social media as the snack to get in Universal Studios. It may be cute but that’s where the praise ends. This was absolutely the worst pretzel I have ever eaten. Calling it a pretzel is probably being overly generous - it was more like chewy dry bread that was hot held for 9hrs with a light sprinkling of salt. Just gross and sad.
