A must try on a visit to Seaworld Orlando, just a shame they don't still do the chocolate covered bacon.

Literally the worst two desserts I have ever tasted. Had a iced cookie which was so bland it was inedible and had birthday cake fudge which was the consistency of candy corn without flavor. Do yourself a favor and save the money.

Just past guest services and coaster coffee company sits a big, attractive pink sign that says Sweet Sailin' and it draws you in with it's vibrance. Upon walking into the candy store you experience sensory overload. It is a world filled with sweet smells permeating the air where bright colors drawing towards three display cases filled with so many sweet and delicious looking treats to enjoy. Treats such as: Fudge, funnel cakes, s'mores, cookies, candies, and candy apples. They also have a nice selection of beverages. The prices are high and everything has a 5% surcharge, but it is a cool place to grab a sweet treat. We really enjoyed our chocolate chip cookie sandwiches and white chocolate covered s'mores. We will definitely stop in and sample some more things next time we are in the park. The service could definitely be smoother and the employees were not very friendly, but the place was kind of a madhouse.

I visited this store and wanted to make a purchase. This is perhaps one of my worst customer service experience. I informed Sophia (the staff member) that I wish to receive an item and she ignored me and preceeded to serve someone at the back of the line. When she returned the lady behind me informed her that I was next Again I tried to place an order but she asked the same lady what she would like an again ignored me. I don't know if this store is operated by SeaWorld but someone has to address this. I'm never coming back to SeaWorld or this store again. Sad day!
Cook preparing Funnel cake not friendly at all. No sense of urgency, no smile or sense of wanting a job. Gentlemen approached him to make him aware that his funnel cake wasn't baked all the way through. Cook immediately discarded funnel cake without acknowledging an apology. 2/13/2023 4:20

Apples were bad under the caramel and the caramel was very burnt. Was a mess inside and employees were so confused. Too bad I bought and left the park or I would have asked for my money back.

Smells great but is pricey for fudge. It's clean in here. I got an icee one time in here it was good but not anything special for a theme park.
Employees ignor there customers to have personal conversations then when they finished they told us the soda machine was broken this seems to be a trend at about half the stores here.
I am so mad we spent our last day there and we were really excited to go. I will never be back!!! It was way oversold for covid. Not enough workers or distance between people. I purchased all day dining. 90 minutes to get lunch at a grab and go grill!!! The place is insane. The workers don’t care. If you won’t let people bring food in then you have to be able to serve food efficiently. Bought the dining package. A total waste. Also purchased refillable drink cup and popcorn. Also a waste because you can’t get refills. I am so disappointed in this park. A day at the pool would have been more enjoyable.
We weren’t able to do anything but the orca experience. We bought tickets with all day dining plan. All restaurants/food options had over 1.5 hour waits to get food. We were able to receive 4 bottles of water with our “all day dining plan” which we paid for for 5 adults. 150 bucks for 4 bottles of water. It took us over an hour and a half to even get into the park as well. Customer service is a joke. Miserable experience from start to finish DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ALL DAY DINING, or admission to this park in general
