My fiance and I stopped in for dinner and had their tonkatsu ramen, gyoza, and shrimp tempura udon. Upon first glad this place was great cause it was lively and busy which must be a good sign but sadly it didn’t meet any of our expectations. There was only two waiters rushing back and forth for the entire place and they seemed so stress but were doing a great job for all the work they had. The gyoza was good but when our food came out that’s when it all went south. The tempura for the udon wasn’t a soft fried batter like usual it was more of a popcorn shrimp and somehow the shrimp had no flavor so it just tasted like fried oily panko when you bit into it. The broth and noodles were decent but didn’t have much else to it besides the shrimp. My fiance, who loves tonkatsu, couldn’t even finish his food. The meat and broth both tasted unseasoned with a strange sour after taste to it. The atmosphere eventually became overwhelming too with people around the whole resturant literally yelling over each other just to be heard. It was like attending a concert in a small room. Sadly I can’t say that we would be coming back here of our own accord.

Came in tonight for the first time and it will NOT be the last, that's for sure! I was craving Japanese curry and Katsu chicken and this place did not disappoint!
I called before just to make sure they did indeed have it as I am not from this area but was in town for a dessert cooking class not too far away and the lady on the phone was SUPER NICE!
The hostess/waitress young lady was friendly and efficient. Explained what came with my meal and helped me get what I wanted.
The Salad has their house made ginger dressing and I must say it was very good. Between that and the salad base it was a perfectly balanced pairing of earthy, savory and a hint of sweetness. The main meal was HUGE! Filling and perfect in every way!

This place has horrible customer service and the ramen on my opinion is by far the nastiest tasteless ramen I have ever tasted in my life.
I took one sip of the broth and immediately called the server over and said I’m sorry I really have never had Tonkotsu ramen that tasted like this before (didn’t taste like Tonkotsu at all). The broth had no flavor and did not taste like it was made using pork bones. It tasted like it was instant ramen broth.
I asked the server if I could replace it with sushi or something different. Considering I barely ate it. He then proceeded to say the universe doesn’t revolve around me, well other people like it and a bunch of other rude comments.

My partner and I checked Ta-Ke Sushi and Grill while visiting Orlando and had a very pleasant experience. Both waiter and waitress taking care of us were extremely attentive (refilling our waters without asking, checking up multiple times, etc.) and very nice! They were extremely friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we were leaving. The food was absolutely amazing, their fried gyoza was crunchy while having soft chicken on the inside, their chicken katsu dishes were definitely some of the best katsu I’ve ever had (especially with their angel sauce!) Overall, Ta-Ke has an extremely welcoming atmosphere and delicious food to accompany it :D
