The service was a little slow. She never checked on us. I can tell she doesn't have much waitress experience because I use to be one. My fritay wasn't hot they didn't have everything that comes with fritay. They only had one dressing (ranch) for salad. No Italian dressing. My food was warm bug satisfying. They gave me big pieces of fried turkey not much meat. It did have flavor. My fiancé got the griot. They only had one kind of rice which was black rice. I wanted regular rice and beans. I was surprised. The food was decent. I would give it another change if I'm in town and make sure to tell the server to bring all my food hot.

This place was recommended for great Haitian food. The food was really good and seasoned well. The service was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back and try other dishes.

I like this spot because although the food is similar to the usual Latin Caribbean food of the area they're Hatian twist on things is nice. Savory, spicy, tangy and very nice service. Excellent lunch special make it a great choice for a good meal for a little cash. Owners are very nice and attentive.

Had the legumes with white rice and black bean sauce very flavorful. The kids had stewed turkey with white rice and black beans. The home made lemonade reminds me of the fresh lemonade in Haiti. Bakery had Haitian patties and food is fresh

We went there for lunch one afternoon. Place was clean. A friendly young man greeted us and waited on us. The menue featured a diverse selection. Patience is advised, however. The food was fairly good but the patties were not so appealing or tasty. Would eat there again if I happened to be in the area and craved Haitian food.

I went to TGI Fridays to celebrate Mother's Day and we had the worst experience due to the no stars. I had made a reservation and upon arrival I showed my email for confirmation and was told they don't take reservations for the holidays. Then we waited but then got skipped not once not twice but multiple times and then got offered a high top table keep in mind there are children in our group so a high chair wasn't an option we agreed to take the high top table just to be nice then finally met with our server who took our drinks and we we're ready to place our orders. We got our appetizer and drinks. Yet we waited for our meals for over an hour so the children were becoming restless so we asked for the check and finally our server decided to check on our order and when he returned he stated there was miscommunication in the kitchen. So after the way everything was handled and speaking to 2 different managers I will not be giving any stars and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Alway enjoy TGI Frdays. Food was very good. The service lacked bit. It took a long time before a wait staff gave us menus (which I had to ask for). Then another long wait until we were asked for our order. Not usual for TGI Fridays -must have been short staffed that day.

We had a reservation for 6:30. When we arrives the hostess told us "we can seat you on 45 minutes or we can seat you now and you will get bad service." Since our party of 9 was there we opted to sit in the bar, which at the time had 3 tables. Our food took forever. I ordered a burger and fries and only received the burger. My friends only received partial orders and one of my friends returned her food but didn't order anything else because it would take too long. After this experience, we realized why they closed the tgifridays in our town. We will not return

Food was decent. Always like the meals marinaded in Jack Daniels sauce. Creative drinks on the menu. Very slow service, though. Waited for 20 minutes for a server to arrive at table. My drink sat empty for fifteen minutes before I was asked if I would like another.

Two or four sets of silverware were dirty. Three of four appetizer plates placed onto the table still had food stuck to them. I also did not get credit for my open table reservation which was honored, I learned this through the email from open table which I needed to reply to.

10$ all you can eat appetizers? Well you can't eat too many! They take forever to come out. Some of our order never came out. 45 minutes and we were all still hungry. Never again. Our waitress was great though.
