We’ve given this location too many chances. They never make food correctly, and somehow their chips are always stale and their fiesta potatoes are hard and over cooked. They’re always out of Baja Blast which … you’re Taco Bell? You shouldn’t run out of that. Adjusting your syrup orders isn’t difficult. Anyway, there’s a Taco Bell on Semoran that’s a few minutes further, but way better. Go there.

We came in here to order 9 chicken tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. Pretty basic order. We waited over 17 minutes to get our food. The staff was so busy doing drive thru and uber eats orders, but ignoring the few customers that were actually inside the restaurant. Another couple had to ask more than once about their food, just like us. You can’t order at the counter, only on a kiosk. We hadn’t eaten for 12 hours after being stuck on a plane and thought this would be FAST food. It was not. Would never come here again.

The food was presented hot and with plenty of toppings in the nacho belle grande, tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The employees were friendly and helpful. The dining room was visually clean and smelled of a fresh cleaner. Overall, a great experience.
I love how fast they are and love how their customers service, they are very nice and friendly and also helpful with a great energy this Taco Bell HAS to be the fastes Taco Bell in Florida 👍🏽

Ordered 40 minutes before closing online. I arrive 20 minutes later for the rude girl in the drive-thru to give me an attitude staying they only have enough for 6 tacos out of the 18 I ordered. Saying they don’t check the orders until you arrive. What is the purpose of ordering and paying ahead if they don’t even start the order until you arrive.

I went to the drive thru and again my order was messed up. This time they are always rushing you to order, you can’t decide what you want and when you place the order is messed up. How did I order a crispy luxe box and got the 7 layer burrito with added grilled chicken???? How's that even possible? Their bad attitude sucks, their service sucks and now they can’t even get the order done right?
