They upselled me on a Large Nacho fry and didn’t even give it to me. I live distance away so I didn’t go back but I really wish they would at least try to get it right the first time, upsetting that I paid extra for something they didn’t even give me.

Ordered #1 3 crunchy SUPREME tacos and got this. Had my heart in eating this food, but it wasn't satisfied, which was disappointing. It's not that hard of an order. It wasn't even busy either when I went.

I don’t think the employees here actually know how to read. Every single time I order anything from here my order is entirely messed up. I understand it’s fast food but I think requiring your employees to learn basic reading skills would be the first step.

Ordered chicken cantina bowl & portions of food was all mixed in together when opening container. Did not have green sauce, guacamole or sour cream in my entrée like it’s supposed to contain. Had little to no pico de gallo. Large amount of lettuce. Overall very disappointed

Husband wanted a snack. He loved it.
