Food was cold took to long to get my food. All I got was an apology with normally would be enough but I had to let them know I was waiting and what I ordered with is funny because I guess I could have said anything at that moment. They just gave me what I said didn't even check.

Worker at front was extremely rude. Gave us a freeze with the top barely on, and once pushed down fully by me, it spilled all over my hands. We also had ordered a medium drink and when not given to us we asked for it and was met with issues. There is no one at the register and everything has to be ordered at the self checkout station. There as another customer that needed assistance and it was send to the kiosk. There is no customer service in this store for people that spend their hard earned money.

We were just passing through as travelers. We came in, only customers. We used the mobile kiosk. Not one employee to be seen until our order went in and then one emerged to start our order. Sad that there was no customer interaction. Even when we received our order no words were exchanged. It just makes a stale atmosphere. I don’t think one of our tacos were appropriately wrapped. Most of everything was open and thrown in the bag. We were the only customers so i felt there was plenty of time to pack the bag neatly. The tacos were broke and not a lot of meat. Overall just reflects a lack in caring to do the job attitude.

All three of the employees were eating when we got there and they just looked at us and kept being in their phone sitting in the guest area and when we finally asked like what was going on one of them just pointed to the screens and didn’t say another word to us. Very rude and nasty

Today 2/19/25 @ 5:09 pm lady working the drive through was so disrespectful! I’ve never been so disrespected by any fast food employee the way this lady did. Worst part is that when we were leaving driving past the drive through since we didn’t want to order after she insulted us via telecom, her and another employee were laughing.
This is not a store in the position to be hiring employees who don’t care about customer service.
I don’t recommend this store at all.

They fired the people that work on the counter and are making you use the kiosk to order food. I have no problem with the good people behind the counter, The owner and/or manager should be removed from the position for that decision in itself.
The owner of this location needs to rehire Night Shift employees because they were very nasty very disrespectful. This is a good area and that nasty attitude should not be in the south Chase community. Happened tonight 1/18/25. The cheese quesadilla was burned and not cut into pieces and The potato taco was burned. Asked the worker for hot sauce and he threw it at me in the drive-through and said I just want to go home. Wild and unacceptable behavior.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Employee was sitting in the lobby on her phone. When she finally noticed me she just pointed at the mobile order station. No one was behind the counter the entire time.

edit: this is probably my 5th or 6th review of this horrible place. yet again, y’all forgot to put chipotle sauce on my grilled cheese burrito. what is wrong with y’all????????? edit: 12/29/24, once again you idiots have forgotten my chipotle sauce. i paid for chipotle sauce on my 5 layer beef burrito and got none. on top of that my chips were stale as hell and my burrito was cold. why is it so hard for y’all to ur jobs right?? it wasn’t even busy i was only person in line and y’all somehow messed up my order for the 100th time. i will be getting in contact with corporate since you guys have failed to improve over these past few years. pathetic and lazy
