Every time I go to this location my food is always wrong. I order the same thing every time 5 layer beefy and chicken quesadilla. Either I'm missing the chicken in the quesadilla Or no sour cream in my 5 layer. I get it, it's fast food what should I expect but if you're gonna raise your prices cause if inflation them maybe make the food correctly.

This particular store prefers people to order at the drive thru rather than place an online order. Online orders are put to the back of the line over people ordering at the drive thru. Why would an online order take longer than ordering at the drive thru. I love Taco Bell but will never get food at this location again.

Somethis is really wrong with taco bell spent 19 dollar (rounded up 18 cents for boys and girls club) I bought 1 quesdilla and 2 chalupas. There's something very wrong here there's no reason for fast food to be this expensive I could have gone to an actual Mexican restaurant and gotten much better for much less. On top of that the food was horrible the chicken was hard as a rock. I will defintely not be coming back and I recommend any else to just look up a local restaurant much better and at a reasonable price

I've worked at in the service industry for 7 years, from working at panera to working at McDonald's and I've never seen the level of disrespect these "employees" and "managers" dish out. i had a problem with my online order made at this location and the level of lack of care they provide is insane. they don't care about their customers. they don't care about helping. the so called "manager" clearly hates his job. i understand that jobs like these are intense, but he clearly is in the wrong field. i suggest he cleans up his act and find a job he's more suited for.

I come here often and I enjoy it. It's a decent amount of food for the price. But, yesterday I had a pretty bad customer experience. I had an order where I asked for a side of nacho cheese but it wasn't given to me with my order. I went up to the counter and I asked them for the side of nacho cheese since it hadn't come with my food. I wasn't upset because I know how it can be working fast food. However, the people working there got upset at me. They told me to bring them my taco and show them the inside. They said that they put nacho cheese in it. For one, I didn't ask for nacho cheese on my taco, but what's more is that there wasn't any on it anyway. They were practically calling me a liar and were visibly upset and acted sarcastically to me. I just sat down because I didn't want to have to deal with them just over a side. I finished eating and before I left I took a picture of them. The one who acted like that with me is the one in the back of the picture. She's been working here a while.

THERE WAS A SAFETY PIN MADE INTO MY QUESADILLA, CLOSING MANAGER SANDY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT, "No one wears safety pins and no safety pins are in our store." IF THATS TRUE SANDY HOW DID IT END UP IN MY QUESADILLA?
Unprofessionalism screams, i am disgusted and potentiall couldve swallowed a safety pin, SERIOUS INJURY... You can even see the marks where the safety pin was made into the quesadilla.
Absolutely cannot believe no one wants to own up to a potential serious issue.
