it doesnāt fail, every single time I come at night for a 3 item order I always have to pull around and come inside to get my order. completely defeats the purpose of a drive thru. iām about to start telling them no I will not come inside and just sit and the window because itās so ridiculous. I understand drive thru timers but itās night time and thereās crackheads around this spot late night so no I donāt want to get out of my car!

The staff can be rude and disrespectful at times. The self-service menus are ruining your dine in service. Your employees don't monitor them to see if a customer has a question or issue, then they wait several minutes for help, and most of the time, they don't get it. Then employees get upset because they have to deal with a customer.

This TB is very well organized, which allows them to be very fast. I ordered something and my order was out before I had even put my credit card back in my wallet.

Great place for inexpensive lunch. Always clean. Lux boxes always a good deal. Staff is always friendly. Would not hesitate to eat here.
