Both tacos I got were so old it was disgusting. The chalupa was so chewy I had to spit out the bite, it was legitimately inedible. The gordita crunch was melded to the wrapper. Just as a point to see how bad it was, I took two minutes to peel it from the wrapper.
Insanely bad service. Person helping us had the rudest tone. If I wasn't desperate for something quick to eat after a long day and taco bell wasn't the closest thing, I'd never go. Just cemented every experience I've had at a taco bell in the last decade.

I don't know what happened but, there's 2 taco bells on East Colonial that have phenomenal service, and the food tastes fresh! I've never ever had service like this before at a Taco Bell!
This taco bell location is actually a joke. I have been here multiple times and i can confidently say there hasn’t been A SINGULAR time that my order has been 100% correct. The employees genuinely cannot read orders its insane. worst location in Orlando

Staff was extremely rude. Slowest fast food restaurant that i know of. It was extremely disgusting to see them consistently touch other surfaces such as cellphones and not change their gloves. Someone needs to properly train these staff.

AWARD: best slow food restaurant I want to feel bad for this place.. but I really can't. I honestly feel like crying while writing this review. I mean seriously.. I would never think Taco Bell would be such a terrible restaurant. I entered the restaurant with my friend after shopping at the outlet across the street, feeling hungry and ordered 1 soft taco and a drink. There were several staff, but only ONE guy was making all the tacos in the kitchen, maintaining the drive thru's orders and trying to serve our orders too! All the other ladies were on their phones, doing SOMETHING. I was about to cancel my order after 30 mins, but at least one staff was nice and gave me my taco after like 60 mins. I waited almost an HOUR for one tiny taco, and when they gave me my cup for the soda machine, there was MOLD growing on the side of the ice dispenser. Gross. Also, there was food and napkins and trash on the floor. p.s. i had to experience other angry costumers yelling. IF YOU'RE A TOURIST, DON'T GO HERE.
