Drive thru is above Dine-In guests? Put in two orders, got one order and waited 10minutes for the other. Went up to counter and heard them put my order in as I stood there they were doing drive thru first. They were a mess in the kitchen talking about having a bad day, the lobby was alright, homeless person sleeping inside but that okay at least he's nice and cool in today's 100° weather
Mimi was amazing!! Please make sure she hears how amazing she’s doing!! I’ve been coming here 6 years now & have never had such amazing service like what Mimi gave me!! Fresh Dr Pepper, fresh hot food I’ve never had such an amazing experience truly, most of the time flat Dr pepper cold food. Such a great day! & having someone with amazing service at the Taco Bell window made it even better!! Please keep her where she is she left me wanting to come back for more amazing service!!! Tacobell franchise is usually a hit or miss depending what area they are located in. This location is clean and since their renovations and move towards more mobile orders their speed of service has not dissapointed.
Food is typical. Decent for the amount of food you recieve. If ordering in app you can customize to your liking and online exclusive ordering has pretty good deals, offers, and sometimes rewards.
Don had horrible service I'm frustrated on how soggy he handled my food. We need better service here at taco bell. Please someone handle this before it's to late.
Normal taco bell, but they are in desperate need of more staff. Takes about 45 mins to get your order out. Also they say it's ready on the app before it actually is; very annoying.

Extremely slow service, would have been better off going to a sit-down restaurant. Would have been faster than this.
Food was good service was relatively fast (maybe a little too fast for their own good) but poor customer service experience. Unfortunately I got to the window and the employee that I would assume was the manager (because he had the honor of manning the drive thru with a full TB button up) was there. His demeanor didn’t seem unfriendly but when I got to the window and requested to swap out an item from my order to something different, his response was “we already made the order” insinuating he wouldn’t change it. I didn’t argue it but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Mind you I hadn’t even paid yet and there was no one else in the drive thru. Not sure why anything that came out his mouth was anything other than “my pleasure”.
The high-schoolers were polite but tried to get me to pay after I'd already paid. The guy who initially took my payment must be mute cause he wouldn't speak. Absolutely, terrible service.
This is the worse taco bell I've ever been to. I could train chimpanzees to do better. Disgrace to the franchise.
The employee was very nice, but the portions were very skimpy. Each item was just a few bites. Maybe times are tough, for the owners and they have their employees using tablespoons, but $13 should at least fill your belly. I travel daily for work throughout the Orlando area and I probably have Taco Bell once every couple weeks on average (when I don’t pack a lunch) and I can definitively say that this is the chintziest in the area!

Dined in at lunch time. Used the kiosk to order. Waited between 10 and 15 minutes. Got a table, but had to get up and wait near the counter because the music was so loud and the constant dinging of the door chime muffled the staff’s voices as they were calling out names. Food was good and staff was nice. Restaurant was clean, but it was way too noisy with the wooden chairs scraping the floor, too loud music, and the constant door chiming.
Now we have to check everything in the bag before leaving the store.... Order completely wrong.... Very frustrating....

Bike rack right outside the door where your bike and scooter are visible through the windows, plenty of seating, restroom was open and clean.
Came in between the lunch and dinner rush so my food was ready quickly, all the tables were clean, and the sweet tea was fresh.
No cashier, just an electronic tablet, but when I picked up my drink cup I let the employee know about my food allergy and they made sure my food wasn't cross contaminated. No device can replace great staff, and they were very good to me.
