Stay away from this Taco Bell save your money and your time cause they are lost and don’t have any answers for their mistakes Didn’t give me my extra nacho sauce that I had to pay extra for or the Avacado sauce fries poorly seasoned rice was cooked to hard and the taco shells were stale. I ordered through Uber eats so of course they just blamed uber eats

As an uber delivery driver, never again. Thanks for the learning experience. Warning! The rest of you will learn too. I live nearby and I just go to another spot for takeout. It left me with a bad impression. I used to get a nice man named Chris and all that’s left is garbage.

Best Taco Bell I have been to. New to the area from Oviedo, a Taco Bell location I couldn’t eat at for years, it went down hill so bad. This one, the food is always fresh and rarely skimpy. Super friendly staff and if they make a mistake, they make it up. The old Taco Bell was always a hassle, and something was always wrong with the food and it was always skimpy. Grateful this one is good, because most of the food in the area is terrible and we love Taco Bell.

Horrible experience, I was Ubering for some extra money as a college student, and I’m sorry not every TACO BELL is 24 hours open. It was MODNIGHT LIKE 00:00 😩 I had no idea and it was an honest mistake, but when I asked for the food at the drive thru the guy had the worst attitude men I just asked for the food and he immediately shuts it down and was like you have to come inside 😒 literally their is 10 cars behind me and 5 in the front like I’m sorry men but I’m literally stuck in the drive thru and it would cost you no time or extra effort to hand over the food over the window was stuck and you knew it. The men literally made my life more complicated for a honest mistake and you willingly made my life more difficult when it wouldn’t even make your job harder to hand onde the food over the window. I come inside already in a mood like men I’m not doing uber at 00:00 for no reason on a Friday when I could be out. I have never felt so threatened by an employee at any point like I felt over here, he was hostile because I was voicing my opinion about the B.S. I was put through. LIKE ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS OUT YOURSELF ON MY SHOES 🥶

I ordered the new strawberry lime refrescas freeze with my food but instead he gave me the wrong drink... Twice! I had to come back and show him a picture of it The second time coming around drive-thru and then he asked if I would like him to make it but I said no because the two that he made already tastes like water. There is absolutely no flavoring in it and I'm not sure if he intentionally did that just to get me out of the drive-thru or what happened. Advice would be to slow down and pay attention when you are working in the drive-thru. Stop trying to take orders as well as cash people out at the window at the same time because that is why you keep messing up. I explained it to you four times and you still got it incorrect. This is ridiculous. He offered the Baja blast freeze and the drive-thru, but somehow my drinks turned out to be two cups of water with a squirt of flavoring in the bottom.

There's no way the rating is 3.9. All the bad reviews are 100% accurate. The employees are sooo rude. They will only focus on making the drive through orders before they even begin to attend to anyone inside. But they are moving like sloths and have zero sense of urgency to do their job. I get it, it's Taco Bell. Not a great job but still you picked to work here so do it right or leave.

I always love me some Taco Bell, but…. Guys… c’mon now… haha… No customers are here, except a couple of people who picked up very small mobile orders… 6 people are working… and it took 25 minutes to get our food. What in the world are you doing back there??? lol. You just get the shells and scoop it out guys. And, I had to ask the guys if they were working on my order. Not the first time this has happened at this location either.

During the day this place is amazing but anything night shift is lazy never give you the right order or they just stuff your bag so you dont bother to come back because they give you more than what you asked for which is cool I guess but at the same time I wanted a crunch wrap not 4 tacos
