I’ve eaten here multiple times. The food is always good except these people do not know how to put tomato’s in a taco that includes tomato’s. Every single time I go here. I get a 3 taco supreme and literally no tomatoes on all of my tacos. Like how do you screw up something so simple everytime and not to mention. I applied to this Taco Bell recently and stood there for like 10 mins waiting for an interview because no one was attending to me even though they could clearly see me. Manager wasn’t there so I had to come back. I came back. Had to fill the same form out again and when I give the form to the employee. A different employee comes to me and says that regarding my availability the manager can’t hire me, so I just left and wasted my time, so I was just thinking like wth. This rude manager didn’t even give me a chance to see what kind of person I am, to see if I’m experienced, to see if I’m a hard worker and clearly I was very interested in the job and dedicated considering I came back. Might I add I was willing to work 4 days a week basically any shift that’s not after 10 PM. I would’ve been willing to work holidays as well and even if she didn’t wanna hire me because of the availability. She could’ve at least told me herself that she wasn’t gonna hire me, but nope. You’re too lazy and bad at your job that you get an employee of yours to tell me, but on the bright side. It’s not too bad that I didn’t get to work there. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with lazy employees and manager like that anyway

They get the order wrong , no handling with care , no gloves on and they don’t even greet you or ask you how they can help while staring at you in the eye and walking past .

I went to return a order because it was incorrect and when I got to the window one of the employees was very rude and started making jokes about me. They made me a new item but honestly I don't trust eating it with the way that I was treated. I asked for her name and one of the other employees told me it was Taylar, I'm not sure if that really her name but she has blond hair that was tied up I think it was short and she always has a mean look on her face. I go to Taco Bell regularly and I've never had a good experience with this one which is in Avalon I'll never be coming here again. The Taco Bell on Alafaya next to Walmart is wayyy better!!

Worse Taco Bell ever. Staff is rude and the general manager with the nose piercing and tattoos is even worse. It’s a bunch of rude kids sitting on the counters , AirPods in their ears , smoking their pens or whatever those things are chilling like they aren’t working. Leave you at the window after they took your order & forgot because they all seem high. Will never go back to this location. Look at the reviews and listen they’re true. They need an unexpected inspection.

Absolutely ass service and very hostile. Was told to move out of the drive thru when no other cars were behind. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for 2 items and when my food came out was cold like it had been sitting the whole time. The chicken tacos I got were BURNED not edible at all. Everything in the box was just open and thrown in. Had to throw away everything. I want a refund. They just need to shut this place down already. It's never been good with anything.

Drive thru orders wrong EVERY time. The food is wrong or they forget to put stuff in. Staff is extremely rude. Nacho fries are always cold. This location has gone down hill so bad the last few months.

Never seen a fast food restaurant literally close their doors on walk ins at 6pm with no lines in drive through this place needs to be imploded and replaced with a car wash or storage facility or anything else. As you can see customers after customers trying to enter and doors locked. This place needs to be investigated and shut down for false advertising of operations hours and pay your employees based on location what they need to get paid so you can staff the place. Terrible close this place down you are no good to this community.

When I ordered some nacho fries from here I went in the car and they forgot to give me my nacho fries.
Good morning, y’all owe me some jalapeños and nacho cheese sauce y’all forgot to put them in the bag. Y’all’s phone is off the hook. I’ll be back tomorrow on my lunch break for them. I don’t know what this is in the cup. Thanks!

10/27/2023I’ve been going to this place since forever but today was the day that I decided I will NEVER order or drop a cent at any TACO BELL EVER IN LIFE , and my family agree the same . If you are a person of color be careful they is were a staff member that decided to put my card in cup after I gave it to him the drive thru I ask may I have my card handed to me like a normal person he said “No you don’t deserve your card to be handed to you especially not a person of your kind.” The exact words this man said to me. The manager was behind the man just was laughing if this is how this company hire people to speak to people this way . Well then I’m out point blank period.

I would give them zero stars, but it is not an option. Nothing like them making my order wrong, and then reject incoming calls so you cannot reach them via phone to have the issue fixed. This happens every time I go to this location. Now I am out the money for the order as I do not have enough time to drive all the way back to the store nor should I have to waste my gas money to do so. They are never willing to make it right by refunding the order and remake the food correctly to make it right for their customers. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!

10/10 I came back. I should have listened to myself. Placed an online order. When I got to the drive thru, they told me they were out of chicken so I had to edit my order. The lady in the speaker was really nice. When I got to the window the guy handed me my Pepsi. I tasted it and realized the syrup was out so I asked for a baja blast instead. When the guy handed it to me I told him he should change the syrup and he just looked at me like I asked him the squareroot of something. He handed me my order and I left. When I got home all my food was cold. The burritos I ordered were stuck to the wrapper. I had the worst time eating them. Pictures included. I'm not going back.
