I went to Taco Bell at Narcosse Rd. Lake Nona at 10 pm, and the experience was Terrible. They took a very long time to deliver the orders, even before they had been delivered, and there were a lot of people waiting.There were many people waiting; there were deliveries and people who had ordered to eat there, so we were all customers. She addressed everyone, saying that when it was their turn, they should take their food and leave the premises.Which was disrespectful! Then she rudely told the delivery drivers that she wasn't going to serve them, that they should leave the premises because it was almost 11 pm, and there were only two people there. Then the other girl who was in the kitchen came out and was even ruder. It's unacceptable that, due to company responsibility, they only have two people in the kitchen, and that you're They lack the ability to serve customers. Terrible comfort and terrible service! Truly awful. P.D. I feel like she had condemned us to be there; she never said she would give us our money back. We, the Customers felt really bad, and we all commented on how rude and unpleasant the situation was! Regarding the situation, I'm not going back to that place.

My boyfriend and I ordered here and our order came with literally five pieces of chicken it had more lettuce and tomatoes than normal even though we said light. No sauces and we paid extra for guacamole and fiesta strips, and we did not get those. We also got burnt food for the cheesy potatoes. The steak taco was literally 3 pieces (cubed) and mostly sauce which was all salty and vinegary.
This was completely the worst experience ever.
The only pleasant thing about this experience and the reason it even got a star is because the girl in the drive thru window was so nice to us and fixed our drinks for us.

I go through drive through just about 2-3 times a week, getting the same thing without Cheese!! And they never get it right!!

I don’t know why they even bothered to make me the taco if they knew they didn’t want to. I just got off of work and I went straight there to get something and they literally served me scraps I ordered the cantina crispy taco box and they should have just told me they weren’t in the mood so I didn’t have to waste my money on what they considered a meal . There was no line so I don’t understand why it was rushed.

love how quick yall are but oh my god. this is my fifth time asking for no tomatoes on my food because i am allergic and i ended up getting tomatoes every. single. time (that’s the meal i got today and the tomatoes i had to pick off) i’m not coming back
