Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and got the complete wrong order. Went back to the store to have it remade and make sure I was given the correct food. The manager grabbed my food and was about to hand it off to a drive thru customer when I stopped her and she got mad and rude towards me. This is unsanitary and the service was HORRIBLE. Been there a lot and this manager always gives people attitude and is never respectfull. Non of the staff are rude. I went there at 8:40pm unsanitary and really grossed me out. Who's to say she hasn't done anything like this beofre.

horrible taco bell. they take wayyyy too long had to wait 40 minutes for 4 things in the drive thru. one time one of the workers also stuck up the middle finger to me because they thought i was being rude. also i’ve asked to substitute beef with beans multiple times because im vegetarian and they still end up putting beef? if you’re not going to do anything right why are you guys even working just stay at home why are you at work if you’re not even going to get one thing right??

This Tacobell unfortunately is so poorly managed. It was faster for us to go to the next closest Tacobell and order from them than wait on the drive through lane of this Tacobell location. So unfortunate to see this location be so new and yet so badly serviced in the evening. Be aware, the accept DoorDash orders but never fulfill them!

The team who are working in this branch is very slow and lost customer time I have to wait for order from the drive through 25 minutes and they weren't busy that much
My boyfriend and I ordered here and our order came with literally five pieces of chicken it had more lettuce and tomatoes than normal even though we said light. No sauces and we paid extra for guacamole and fiesta trips, and we did not get those. We also got burnt food for the cheesy potatoes. The steak taco was literally 3 pieces (cubed) and mostly sauce which was all salty and vinegary.
This was completely the worst experience ever.
The only pleasant thing about this experience and the reason it even got a star is because the girl in the drive thru window was so nice to us and fixed our drinks for us.

came two and a half hours before lobby close, they locked all the doors early. The mobile app did not work so went through the drive through, the food came out fast but half my order was wrong. The people were very rude and had bad attitude.
