I went through the drive thru and there was no one else in line but they told me and every car after me to pull into the parking lot and they would bring out my food. It took more than 10 minutes before I started to realize that cars that came after me through the drive thru were leaving before me, my boyfriend went inside to see what was taking so long and they accused him of not having ordered food because the man who brought it out (Seemed to be in a managers shirt) was on the phone and gave it to the wrong car. My boyfriend finally convinced them that he had actually paid for food that we never received and it took almost 20 minutes after that to remake my one Mexican pizza. I understand that this is fast food and you get what you pay for but I don’t understand how you can be THAT oblivious. He gave my food to a man in a black charger, I drive a white jeep compass. There’s no confusing the two. I’m so mad. Hopefully it at least tastes good.

Drive thru is never open, showed up on may 5th on cinco de mayo to the drive thru employee saying “welcome to KFC all we have is water bottles” at 9 pm. Refused to take our order with multiple cars in line and making a joke about them refusing us all service. Staff is terrible and it is the same every time I show up to this drive thru. They claim to be open till midnight but if you show up 3 hours before close they refuse to serve you food.

Vegetarian options: If you know what to look for, there is a little .ark for vegetarians but check your order before leaving because 90% of the time they just give you beef slop
Parking: Parking lot and grounds are messy. Homeless person camping at the drive through entrance.

Ordered dinner for the office and my family, the order taker wasn't listening and our order was massively messed up. it took forever for the food to come out and the order was still messed up after trying several times to correct it and items missing that we paid for.
