Miserable placeVegetarian options: If you know what to look for, there is a little .ark for vegetarians but check your order before leaving because 90% of the time they just give you beef slopParking: Parking lot and grounds are messy. If been here a few time and every time i get the same experience. The service is so slow it’s sad. No matter when you go and what you order you have to wait at least 20 minutes. Staff will tell you to park and they will bring you your order and the order is either wrong or forgotten about. The staff is polite but they are way over their head poorly trained and not enough of them to maintain any flow in the store.

All was good and even though I didn't go to the actual restaurant I always get great service. I had went to a combo store KFC and Taco Bell ? all in one building but, I only bought chicken.

This place is ridiculous, 2 different visits- the staff is short with you , like you are annoying them. They got the orders wrong both visits. When asked how to use the free item coupon for compensation from last time, "we don't know how do that so you cant use it" what a ridiculous statement and lack of customer service. We try to stay close to the job to avoid wasting our lunch time , but their customer service sucks.

Multiple bad experiences here. Slow, always seem to be out of ingredients, always missing something in the bag and rude, incompetent employees. The manager is awful obviously because the service, quality and upkeep is terrible every single time. Every time I come, these people tell you to pull around to get your order in the front of the store. Then some confused kid comes out, asking everyone what their order was, trying to place who ordered what. Why TF don't they just serve everyone at the window? Oh that's right, they got sloths for cooks. Smh. EVERYONE needs to be fired and replaced here man. Just go to the Taco bell at 2474 orange Ave, they are almost always on point. This location and the CANTINA location (surprisingly) are the absolute worst in town.

I would review the food higher if they actually gave me what I ordered. And yet they never do get anything right. Told the Drive thru person I wanted two large drink, got to the window and gave us a medium then proceeded to let them know we asked for large drinks and still continued to give us medium drinks. Didn’t realize you could be that slow as to understand English.. also asked for TWO cheesy fiesta potatoes. And still only gave us one. They need a new staff because wow it’s just bad. No one cares and no one puts in effort to get an order right. I’ve literally worked in the fast food business. It’s not that hard…
